Tlobs2, there are only two relevant questions:

1) What is the economy going to do, going forward...
2) What impact the above will have on the housing market.

To answer 1) above have a look around you, which will put you in a fairly good position to answer 2)

Anything else is noise!

In the present cimate there is no way I would proceed with a sale unless there was a
significant discount. I bet if she shows signs of getting nervous about the sale to the buyer you get some discount.

I cannot belive you are for real!

Head in the sand, or what!!!

We are early phases of an economic tsunami!

Tlobs, I bet you work as an estate agent or have some vested interest.

Current estimates are a three year slowdown, the likes of which we have never seen in our lives before....

Jobs disappearing en masse from major employers almost on a daily basis.

Sure we will belive what you say and house prices will remain uneffected throughout the UK.

Throw brexit on top and UK is knackered, and that includes the housing market!

Data showed U.S. homebuilding dropped by the most on record last month and permits for future construction tumbled, fuelling fears the coronavirus pandemic would lead to the deepest economic contraction in the second quarter since the Great Depression.

I don’t think the share price will bounce straight back but I expect it to bounce back with in 3years builders will always build new houses they did in 2008 probably not to many but they still sold new homes so every chance to get a new high in the SP

BC, now you're talking!

Lots of speculation if we were in a U, V, W or L cycle.

Some folks on here just expected the share price to bounce right back up.

Yes, sure call it what you want but UK is heading for correction terrority now also.

Only a madman would proceed with a property purchase in the UK at this time.

UK property market is about to stall, bigtime.

Firms have pulled the plug on commencing any new large multistory commercial property builds in London.
