Gbh2 as you know having worked for tw for nearly 30 years I know a lot of people in the company & have talked to several recently, whilst they have know influence over there shares price dropping at the moment which we all know is an over reaction, they seem pretty confident that this will only impact profits this year, All moneyed owed to me by tw was paid on time, not that this was a surprise as they are always one of the first to pay, I am still getting orders for sites further down the line so unless this changes I am not overly worried, I did here a rumour that help to buy will be extended & there will be more incentives to help home buyers once this is over, as the government are very keen to kick start the housing market. Not sure where the over reacted bottom will be here, but if it drops to 30p I am still sustantially in profit with my original purchase excluding the profit made on last years purchase.Never thought I would see 30p again but if I do I am more than happy to pile all of my cash in at that price of course we are going to need a lot of bad news for it to drop that far & any good news will push these back up faster than the Boris effect did, As I do not have my crystal ball any more & do not know when good news will come I have decided to start buying in small 10k junks at anything below a £1 so that I dont miss the boat & anyway these will be back to £1.50-1.70 by the end of the year Imo .

The only think that will bounce here, is the cheque TW return to you, after you cancel your purchase reservation with them .

£1 will probably hold initially and probably bounce a little, probably!

Although, I have good analysis that TW will break downwards and go much lower eventually.

Any temporary bounce should be seen as a selling opportunity.

As Stevieweebie said, these things can take time to play out.

It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.
