It shows little change in net debt since the interim announcement. I doubt if £.5m would warrant a rights issue unless they were to need to raise additional capital for trading which does not seem the case at present.

Unusually very high volume today, with up to 19p paid.....all for whatever reason and still a couple of hours to the close.

L2 - bests are 17p v 19p, with only 15k each side, spread over 5mm's showing a mere 3k each.

This is surely headed for administration before the end of the year.

On an operational basis it is still haemorrhaging cash saved only by asset sales.

Who made the decision to cancel the revolving credit facility? The Company or its lenders?

The companies bankers must be all over this like a rash twitching at every set of management accounts they see.

I've had a few more to top up. Looks like a few cheeky sells outside of the normal market size have led to a larger than average fall in a tight market.
