Of course, because there are no broker forecasts in the market management do not have to bother with profit warnings (on the upside or downside). That makes life easy for the board, but leaves shareholders in the dark.

Willybaby....Sorry to hear that. Hopefully the company has turned the corner and with new non execs there might be a change in some of the corporate governance and communication issues that have been raised by shareholders. You can always add to your holding if the price is right and you see positive changes at the company and in the sector equating to value for shareholders. DYOR

I've just added mine, not much anymore but was once upon a time when it was MV Sports. I must have been watching these for about 15 years, and in the whole time I've seen bugg€r all news flow!!

Nice one and I see you have pushed it through 6%. There are still over a dozen posters I have listed from here that do not seem to have registered in there yet so maybe they do not read up on here that often and pleased I spotted you elsewhere. I will contact some of the guys that emailed me in the past and remind them as it is important to gauge support.

Whatever happened to that guy who came here with a letter to shareholders. Surely he had a holding or would not have tried to get us interested in his views ?

Willybaby....A number of shareholders have requested trading updates in the past but the directors refuse to do them.

Not sure where all the sellers are coming from.... Just wish the board would bring out some positive newsflow. I am convinced more than ever that these are cheap.

supreme mo...TND do not do newsflow as long term owners have noted over the years. Now you are back do enter your details over on the poll. There appear to be very few entries so far considering the number of regular posters here. Are you all on half term breaks or winter hibernating or maybe sold your holdings ?

Maybe one of the two larger holders need some cash back in for problems or requirements elsewhere. I think there are only about 14 or so holders with over 1%.

Apologies if it's old news that on 3 February road cc carried an article about Core 2010 bikes among which is a mention of Lloyd Townsend the Light Blue bicycle and its origins through Townsend Bicycles.

"Ison boss Lloyd Townsend's family have been involved in the bike business pretty much since the bike was invented, they were the Townsend in Townsend Bicycles and from their Cambridge shop produced a bike called the Light Blue over a 100 year ago – hence the Centenary bike with that mighty front chainring."

balcony....thanks for the nudge and also the two shareholders who text messaged on the same subject. My broker was already on the case but the tight old MM would only let them out at 74p. Still job done and you may see the trade later. It will come up as a SELL at below the bid but that is the benefit of a decent broker although I do feel sorry for the seller getting just 70p. Once again....

If any holders need to sell just flag it here or email me and my broker will liaise direct with yours to agree a price at the mid which will be beneficial for all of us. The spreads and prices quoted for size are nothing short of outrageous.
