16/10/2023 08:54 | Share price now is about 1/10th of what it was in that spike on the chart. Imo because the company has not delivered & has funding/debt problems. | smithie6

09/10/2023 12:55 | Well all that kicking off in far east is not doing trac much good. You'd think directors would pile in at this price | dave4545
05/10/2023 17:31 | Going off a cliff now; desperate sell of 150k at 3p. Doesn't look good. Any chance of this turning around, one wonders. | davethechef
28/9/2023 12:37 | "but this Co has proven it is an absolute "avoid" now!" "Now" !!!!!!!!!! For a long time before now ! The claims from this co. have always turned out to be empty & never delivered....for years !! Raised money I think ever since it first listed quite some years ago. Sorry, but anyone that has held from say 16p down to 4p now, only has themselves to blame. The risk/reward was all on the side of risk. Various people posted warning/informative posts, including me. | smithie6
27/9/2023 16:53 | They clearly have nothing the big companies are interested in, despite the froth they try and produce to the market! Going on their previous history, this was a pure gamble, but this Co has proven it is an absolute "avoid" now! | dancing piranha
27/9/2023 16:35 | Everyone knew of these clns ffs why the drama NOW | turbotrader2
27/9/2023 15:30 | I think the important part are the convertible loans. Particularly the Dec 2021 one for $1.25m which is convertible at 15p (not going to happen) or repayable by Dec 31st 2023. Then there's the $1.3m CLN from Ewave Mobile Ltd from July 2023 with 10% interest repayable in Jan 2025. was drawn down as: $600,000 immediately $400,000 in three equal tranches during August 2023 balance of $300,000 by 30 September 2023. So it all depends if people want to lend them more money. Going by their track record that's not a given. | gb904150
27/9/2023 14:41 | ...the text with results tries to say that they are doing well But The financial data shows turnover is down in H1 from $2.2m to $1.7m. With the listing costs & the costs of the dirs, well, imo this company can not afford to stay listed, & worrying its financial situation is not good. I hope they make it but they need a lot of big serious sales/contracts if they are going to stay afloat, imo anyway. | smithie6
15/9/2023 08:37 | Hold on a second every penny stock is a gamble now. Since when is one stock different from the other, they all have questionable management, can suspend and delist at a moments notice. Some of the worst stocks out there go nuts you just have to be in it at the right time. I'd doubled my money on this stock a few times in the past so for me it owes me nothing. Every dog has it's day. | dave4545
15/9/2023 01:32 | Dave would!! | dancing piranha
13/9/2023 17:24 | Yet every day people pile into hundreds of stocks with exactly the same, a long history of losses and disappointments. I do not think anybody cares anymore about being successful and making profits otherwise those stocks would be flying, but most struggle to get a trade every day meanwhile people like the rubbish, it's all about buying and making a profit nobody seems to care anymore what they do. Not excusing Trac btw just a general theory | dave4545
13/9/2023 14:59 | Who would buy a stock like this with a 20% spread and a history of losses and disappointments? | andre
06/9/2023 14:11 | Wrong thread, apologies | kevin467

16/8/2023 10:17 | Have you seen the penny share market atm, the volumes are terrible, most stocks are struggling to get a trade so 20% up is a excellent rise. What was that last stock we crossed paths on..ah yes RUR which did 100%+ | dave4545
16/8/2023 10:13 | Like a creature with no legs trying to stand up, there is nothing to support the rise. | glavey
15/8/2023 11:51 | There's still 13 new video's in the last 24 hours so I'm guessing they uploaded perhaps the same video twice. Anyway all looks exciting and positive. New sales to come soon hopefully | dave4545
15/8/2023 11:37 | That video has been removed Dave. What was it about please? | andre
26/7/2023 21:52 | Probably, it's embarrassing really! | dancing piranha
26/7/2023 13:25 | new Conv loan am I right to say about £1m for ~1/2 of the current company number of shares, before dilution or 30% after dilution valuing the co. at ~£2m before dilution & ~£3m after dilution. ----- looking back at turnover over the last 5 yes, down from 6million $ to 4 million $. Not so good. | smithie6 |
