01/3/2023 14:28 | Nomad will force out a statement from the company if they have published price sensitive info on Twitter. A few bags coming this week | imjustdandy
01/3/2023 14:09 | Lovely it's NT to buy now at 7p not even a quote for 5000 shares 3 v 3 on L2 | dave4545
01/3/2023 13:54 | 72k buy at 6.9p just now on Aqse DP Just accept the company is doing well now and the price is totally bombed out. | dave4545
01/3/2023 12:57 | So, their mates in Israel are selling them on Amazon now?!!! lol Price sensitive company information being released by social media, that's very professional!! | dancing piranha
01/3/2023 12:08 | "However, we intend to focus on higher gross margin products in the future such as the Lokies product and other container tracking devices" So the most profitable parts are seeing massive sales growth happy days. | dave4545
01/3/2023 11:04 | Market catching on | turbotrader2
01/3/2023 10:02 | Oh they have deleted it. luckily somebody on twitter copied it before they had the chance. "we are thrilled to announce our strategic partner in Israel has been expanding their relationships with additional resellers including the one and only Amazon. As a result demand for our products has increased hundreds of %" Wait until the market catches up on this | dave4545
01/3/2023 09:38 | In case anybody is wondering why the sudden interest the company has tweeted earlier demand for one of their products has increased "hundreds of percent" And other tweets are similar. Seems business is doing well | dave4545
19/2/2023 18:45 | Fair point. | smithie6
17/2/2023 07:52 | someone is in a bad mood ! ----- a £10 million contract. I hope they were to get one but the probability seems microscopic. ----- go on then, Dave4545, explain to us all why Trac paying 24% /year for the last loan is good news ?! what will the % be for any other loan, 50% ? I'm sorry, but this is looking quite wobbly financially imo. 2million$/year of new turnover... loss making for '22, & '21 & '20. In what % of past years has the co. generated cash rather than eating it ? not a high % imo. | smithie6
16/2/2023 21:49 | Agree, a placing is a coming for sure..... dave says it was a nice update, he was clearly reading a different trading update to me !! | dancing piranha
16/2/2023 19:39 | March '22 Revenues decreased by 16% to $4.2m (FY 2020: $5.04m)" March '23 "The Company expects to report total revenues for FY2022 of approximately US $4.0 million, including approximately $2.0 million of SaaS income" so, turnover sequence is 5.04, 4.2, 4.0 million $. ...falling !! non-SaaS income was 2 million $ in 1 year. Shipping container turnover ? close to 0 is one guess !! ------ all the deals announced to look like sales but which were just agreements that agents would include the product(s) in their catalogue of products available combined with the actual fall in turnover & recent 24% interest loan not a good sign imo for me personally I see an element of rubbery information & arguably intentionally portraying in 2022 RNSs an image better than reality. ---- Sure, they could finally win a decent sized order (but it hasn't happened so far, but could the co. fund to actually build & supply it !!). And would any big co. place a big order with a tiny co. in such a wobbly financial situacion. ---- phps the best option for Trac is to sell itself to a bigger company that can afford to fund its losses, with a bigger sales/marketing department, & with clients that can produce some sales. but at a price lower than current cap. value imo, due to the debts that come with it. | smithie6
16/2/2023 19:36 | looks like the annual numbers will be similar to those of past 2 years which were "Statutory loss of $2.96m (FY 2020: $2.0m) -- Net cash used in operating activities was approximately $0.38m (FY 2020 $0.4m)" | smithie6
16/2/2023 19:27 | I thought the following is fairly negative text considering Trac's poor financial situation (1 recent loan costs 24%/year !!) (& various reminders/admissions in the RNS that the hoped for volumes in 2023 did not happen) "....and is evaluating funding requirements to support expansion of this new business model". call me a cynic but this looks like a probable justification/sweete | smithie6
16/2/2023 08:02 | Revenue in the interims was $2.18m so I was expecting at least double that as they say revenue is weighted to the 2nd half. Hopefully they will get their act together in 2023 after another disappointing year | sclper
16/2/2023 07:47 | Nice update Price near lows so I'm going to hold until double figures no matter how long it takes but today would be nice but wishful thinking but lots of RNS's to come this year which should get the price back over 10p maybe 15-20p | dave4545
13/2/2023 09:26 | I totally get why mm's do not move prices now on buying. They just sell down stock, wait wait wait and wait again then hey presto people who bought all sell again and mm's make another killing | dave4545
10/2/2023 15:55 | Still nibbles though, mm's not playing today though. | dave4545
08/2/2023 19:52 | "IRVINE, Calif, OCT. 11, 2018 — CalAmp (Nasdaq: CAMP), a technology solutions pioneer leading transformation in a global connected economy, today announced its partnership with Overhaul Group, Inc., a supply chain integrity solutions company, to provide end-to-end, real-time supply chain visibility for global transportation service providers (TSPs) and shippers." looks like an identical teaming as Overhaul's agreement with Trac. Will clients of Overhaul choose hardware from Camp or from Trac (or from X other suppliers)...?? Noting that Camp is listed on Nasdaq while little Trac has a cap. value of £3-4 million & that is after being listed for some years. ---- Nasdaq:CAMP Annual REVENUE $295.84M NET INCOME -$31.15M EMPLOYEES 887 Much bigger than TRAC. And surely not paying 24%/year on any loan, like Trac is !! | smithie6
08/2/2023 13:09 | the mkt for tracking & monitoring containers, including those with cooling included, has existed for donkeys years. (eg. the temperature of say milk, meat or ice cream being moved large distances in the USA has surely needed to be monitored, by law, for decades. The law probably does not require remote monitoring but yes that the temp. is measured & recorded) What % of that market does Trak have ? about 0. | smithie6
08/2/2023 13:08 | I’m not invested here but have watched for years because tracking containers I see as a huge market. I watched a TERN investee presentation yesterday evening that included Wyld Networks, on that they mentioned container tracking using their kit and low level satellites, they also mentioned trialling with Maersk. How many foolproof container tracking companies are out there? Any comments welcome. DC | daicaprice
08/2/2023 12:54 | I was more thinking to the size or growth of the market. Seems to be plenty of room for those involved and Trac market cap is tiny. Waited 1 hour to see if there was a delayed sale nope just wins trying to shake people out moving up to 6p bid and dropping back again on no sale 5.8-6.4p atm online | dave4545
08/2/2023 12:18 | I'm not so sure that the acquisition of Sensiguard by Overhaul is good news for Trac, as investors seem to think. "SensiGuard’s VizCommTM device sensors transmit location, temperature, light, and other data to the application" imo - the possibility of TRAC tracking software being used by Overhaul has surely reduced (since with the acquired co. comes with their propietary software tools) - same for use of TRAC hardware, imo. since Overhaul now has use of more hardware options (those normally used by Sensiguard, eg SensiGuard’s VizCommTM device sensors) rather than less. ----- I also note that Overhaul bought Sensiguard & its tracking software rather than buy TRAC. Overhaul now has a higher number of staff & offices around the world. imo this makes TRAC look even smaller/irrelevant than it was before Overhaul bought Sensiguard. | smithie6
08/2/2023 11:44 | Could never understand why it dropped this low but I guess nobody wants a quiet drifting stock and people always bail in these situations so they can drop really low but the bounce back can be spectacular and if it gets at the top of % leaders board momentum players will enter too and you could be back at double figures in no time. | dave4545 |
