I don't know.
but if you open the Amazon website & do a search for Lokies then the result does not show any Lokies lock from Trac.
Infers imo that the Amazon story is just smoke/ramping.

If none are on offer on Amazon then no one can buy any via Amazon !

what will the % be for any other loan, 50% ?

I'm sorry, but this is looking quite wobbly financially imo.
2million$/year of new turnover...

loss making for '22, & '21 & '20.
In what % of past years has the co. generated cash rather than eating it ?
not a high % imo.

so, turnover sequence is 5.04, 4.2, 4.0 million $.
...falling !!

non-SaaS income was 2 million $ in 1 year.

Shipping container turnover ?
close to 0 is one guess !!

all the deals announced to look like sales but which were just agreements that agents would include the product(s) in their catalogue of products available

combined with the actual fall in turnover
& recent 24% interest loan

not a good sign imo
for me personally I see an element of rubbery information & arguably intentionally portraying in 2022 RNSs an image better than reality.

Sure, they could finally win a decent sized order (but it hasn't happened so far, but could the co. fund to actually build & supply it !!). And would any big co. place a big order with a tiny co. in such a wobbly financial situacion.

phps the best option for Trac is to sell itself to a bigger company that can afford to fund its losses, with a bigger sales/marketing department, & with clients that can produce some sales. but at a price lower than current cap. value imo, due to the debts that come with it.

I thought the following is fairly negative text considering Trac's poor financial situation (1 recent loan costs 24%/year !!)

(& various reminders/admissions in the RNS that the hoped for volumes in 2023 did not happen)

"....and is evaluating funding requirements to support expansion of this new business model".

call me a cynic but this looks like a probable justification/sweetener to help get a cash raise thru

Revenue in the interims was $2.18m so I was expecting at least double that as they say revenue is weighted to the 2nd half. Hopefully they will get their act together in 2023 after another disappointing year

Price near lows so I'm going to hold until double figures no matter how long it takes but today would be nice but wishful thinking but lots of RNS's to come this year which should get the price back over 10p maybe 15-20p

I totally get why mm's do not move prices now on buying. They just sell down stock, wait wait wait and wait again then hey presto people who bought all sell again and mm's make another killing
