looks like an identical teaming as Overhaul's agreement with Trac.

Will clients of Overhaul choose hardware from Camp or from Trac (or from X other suppliers)...??

Noting that Camp is listed on Nasdaq while little Trac has a cap. value of £3-4 million & that is after being listed for some years.

the mkt for tracking & monitoring containers, including those with cooling included, has existed for donkeys years.

(eg. the temperature of say milk, meat or ice cream being moved large distances in the USA has surely needed to be monitored, by law, for decades. The law probably does not require remote monitoring but yes that the temp. is measured & recorded)

What % of that market does Trak have ?

I’m not invested here but have watched for years because tracking containers I see as a huge market.
I watched a TERN investee presentation yesterday evening that included Wyld Networks, on that they mentioned container tracking using their kit and low level satellites, they also mentioned trialling with Maersk.
How many foolproof container tracking companies are out there?
Any comments welcome.

I was more thinking to the size or growth of the market.

Seems to be plenty of room for those involved and Trac market cap is tiny.

Waited 1 hour to see if there was a delayed sale nope just wins trying to shake people out moving up to 6p bid and dropping back again on no sale

I'm not so sure that the acquisition of Sensiguard by Overhaul is good news for Trac, as investors seem to think.

"SensiGuard’s VizCommTM device sensors transmit location, temperature, light, and other data to the application"

imo
- the possibility of TRAC tracking software being used by Overhaul has surely reduced (since with the acquired co. comes with their propietary software tools)

- same for use of TRAC hardware, imo. since Overhaul now has use of more hardware options (those normally used by Sensiguard, eg SensiGuard’s VizCommTM device sensors) rather than less.

I also note that Overhaul bought Sensiguard & its tracking software rather than buy TRAC.
Overhaul now has a higher number of staff & offices around the world.
imo this makes TRAC look even smaller/irrelevant than it was before Overhaul bought Sensiguard.

Could never understand why it dropped this low but I guess nobody wants a quiet drifting stock and people always bail in these situations so they can drop really low but the bounce back can be spectacular and if it gets at the top of % leaders board momentum players will enter too and you could be back at double figures in no time.

Mind you I paid way higher for most of mine and they have raised money recently way higher too so this is catch up time, distressed seller seems to be out too.

Just shows that the sector is booming and this crime is massive so Trac will be sure to get more deals.

Plus they raise money at 9p from a institution recently and now it's 6p, when they next drop a intraday contract RNS the herd will be piling in at double the price happens a few times a year.

so, TRAC has to fund these units & any admin. up front !!

that is not good...TRAC needs cash now imo.

Yet another "Agreement", not a "Contract"!

Another entity that says it will stock their product, which again means no guaranteed income.

Another lame RNS in my opinion, and the market seems to agree too!

in June will they have taken up the planned volume or will it slip to H2 ?

if an Israeli company struggling for sales & finance wanted a friendly 'sale' then news with another Israeli company wld be the easiest to obtain....

Everything is spiking all over the place.

Any contract RNS and they will be chasing this up paying double the current price

so not worth selling so low imo
