15/11/2022 10:49 | First trade of the day a buy although no more than chicken feed. We need to see some volume or better still a new contract of further sales to trigger the volume. I have every confidence it will come and then the share price will move quickly as only a few shares in play. | gilou9
14/11/2022 23:24 | Joul also issued RNSs including 'feel good text'.... ...'this is progressing, that change is going well' but it also had debts, like TRAC has debts the Joul shares are now suspended & I think it has gone in to administration. ----- Volvere bt a company out of administration, making cheesecakes. They invested some money in to it but failed to turn it around. That subsidiary has stopped work, workers gone, in administration. It can be difficult to stay in business. Lots of costs, taxes & overheads to support. Plenty of listed companies are de-listing & going in to administration. I hope TRAC avoids that but investors should note it has debts & that it has always been loss making since listing & only stayed afloat due to repeat cash raises. And yes, there is competition. Ah, the chart going from 5p to 28p & then to 8p shows that it is high risk & , well, unstable. | smithie6
11/11/2022 14:10 | Buyer had to pay full offer for just 255 shares. Now if that doesn’t indicate how this will take off on good news. I like it when directors put their money into a company, shows commitment as well as confidence. | gilou9
11/11/2022 14:03 | After yesterday’s sells causing a slight drop we are progressing upwards again today and on tiny volume as well. The big question is will sellers appear before anything from the BOD confirming any progress. | gilou9
09/11/2022 10:42 | We need some news of further contracts and sales to get this moving. Massive potential for the share price to double and more from here on such good news but while silence from the BOD the share price remains at this low level. Moves very quickly on good news and so there will be no buying at this level when such a RNS is released. | gilou9
09/11/2022 10:22 | Small sell to start the day and not a continuation of buying that we had yesterday. Yet ! | gilou9
08/11/2022 17:26 | That's interesting a late reported trade of 90k listed in the sell column. Closer examination of the trade, price and time looks as if it was in fact a buy. If it had been a sell then MM wouldn't have marked the share price up, so good to see and better if we see more of that size but better still would be a RNS confirming some substantial sales. | gilou9
08/11/2022 16:50 | The Chirman's outlook part of the statement from Interim Results released in September OUTLOOK At this crucial time, when global supply chains are being disrupted, it is more critical than ever that authorities and companies rely on reliable and actionable data. As we look ahead to the remainder of 2022 and 2023, we see strong tailwinds and increased demand for IoT tracking and monitoring solutions. As a result of our strong and growing pipeline, we are confident about demand robustness and our rationale for focusing the T42 business on the freight and logistics markets. We offer the best-in- class solutions to one of the world's most traditional industries, a multi-billion-dollar industry, with innovative monitoring capabilities. In particular, the new contract in Latin America has raised the awareness and recognition of our container and freight solutions. We are currently conducting reviews and pilots with several potential customers in new geographies and markets. Over the next few months, we expect further agreements to be reached. We are focused on satisfying growing numbers of new orders, and we expect to benefit as our focused activities and investments mature bringing results in the near future. We anticipate solid performance and growth in 2022 and in succeeding years. Michael Rosenberg Non-Executive Chairman | gilou9
08/11/2022 16:18 | Another small buy under 8p but no selling at the moment. Come on Avi get those orders signed and give us the good news :-) Avi Hartmann, CEO of t42, commented: “The strategy of t42 to focus on shipping containers tracking solutions is now taking form. The Company is redefining itself and now beginning to execute its new strategy. Our contract wins are starting to deliver first sales and we believe the impact of our strategy change will begin to be felt in H2 of this year. While the financials for this half are not yet representative of the new business, as more contracts for advanced solutions convert into orders, we can expect to see continued growth in revenues and a noticeable shift to higher margin SaaS. The growing pipeline of potential orders underpins our confidence in future growth.” | gilou9
08/11/2022 15:23 | Up goes the offer again. What is clear that it is not taking much volume to move the share price so with some good news :-) | gilou9
08/11/2022 15:21 | More buys and the last two at the full offer. Seems to small a volume to suggest and news leaking but it's good to see the interest and it is definitely about time we had some news. | gilou9
08/11/2022 15:16 | Each buy was as slightly higher price, the last one being only just under the full offer, so if the BOD are as good as their word and soon deliver some decent contracts this will almost certainly take off big time. | gilou9
08/11/2022 15:11 | I see we have some interest this afternoon 3 x 5000 buys gone through. Someone building with small trades possibly, not exactly large trades but buys at least. | gilou9
07/11/2022 15:02 | They have moved the bid up but changed their mind on moving the offer up. Still looks like the bod are going to have to deliver more contracts to the market before we are going to see that upward movement on the share price | gilou9
07/11/2022 14:44 | I don't think it will take much volume to move the share price up sharply from this oversold position. | gilou9
07/11/2022 14:43 | We have some more buying today, but nothing significant as yet. | gilou9
04/11/2022 10:43 | Couple of small buys to start the day but what we really want to see is the them seal another contract or better still a number of contracts. Better still a significant sale with DHL which was full of expectations earlier in the year. | gilou9
03/11/2022 16:58 | The Chairman's statement and outlook with Septembers results did give some indications that they are doing better and with possibilities greater than the share price might suggest. News of some serious orders from DHL would attract interest here again. | gilou9
03/11/2022 16:46 | I would have thought that is a fair expectation DP. | gilou9
03/11/2022 16:37 | The silence this whole year is deafening, unfortunately!! Clearly, no one is clambering for their technology it seems, but any morsel of a half reasonable contract would see the share price double/treble from here! A pure punt... | dancing piranha
03/11/2022 16:24 | From 7p up to the highs of January/February of this year would be a very good profit. | gilou9
03/11/2022 16:21 | Seems like there are some others thinking the same Dancing P ! Late interest following a quiet day here. | gilou9
21/10/2022 15:54 | Worth a punt at this level, yep!? | dancing piranha
20/10/2022 12:57 | If anyone knows who Babycheeky is , please let me know I will be extremely gratefull for more than you realise. | shoesize19 |
