Stupid statement to put out there tbh as all it has done now is create uncertainty which is all AIM needs to smash shares down, it will now make it harder for SYN to get a placing away at a higher price, should have just kept quiet and done it when ready ffs

Crazy share price movement, well not really in the AIM world nothing surprises me anymore. They are only saying the board is anticipating the need to raise funds before the next AGM. It's only a resolution to allow them to do that if required. Name me an AIM company that doesn't raise funds.

Yes big re-rate coming. Finally JV sorted. This will have continual catalysts over the next 6 mths, starting with tomorrows rns then again at the end of January then more as the wells get drilled on that ambitious work programme. Maybe more surprises with the CCS schemes and who knows what else with that money coming in from the gas and who knows what lump sum we are about to receive You may think I'm crazy but I guess this will hit that 1.5 broker target quicker than some may think and then some. IMHO. GLA!!

#SYN Roland had successful meetings with the future JV partner in India. An ambitious drilling program was finalised and signed off. Anticipate to have full documentation executed before end of January.

Cambay field development detailsSynergia Energy is currently preparing for the full field development. The results from the fracking operation on the C-77H well established that future wells within 15-20 zones of the Eocene reservoir can help achieve an initial plateau production of four million metric standard cubic feet a day.The field development plan approved in 2018 includes a staged plan comprising an initial ten wells drilled from the C-77H well pad, which will support drilling rig logistics, production tie-in, and ease of workover.The ten wells will recover 34bcf of the larger resources by 2032 at a peak production rate of 25 million metric standard cubic feet a day of gas and 995 barrels of oil per day of condensate.Two new horizontal wells are planned to be drilled in the first half of 2024 using the new fracking methodology proven on the C-77H well. The wells will be drilled from the same drilling pad and connected to the same processing and grid connection pipeline. Future wells will be drilled based on the results from the two wells.The existing gas processing facilities and compression capacity will be expanded to 35 million metric standard cubic feet a day. A new export pipeline to connect to the high-pressure gas grid will also be developed.
