Seen those delayed buys well over 6 millions worth (Shares) - Usually 500k blocks with Ask at 13 pence.

Where are those crossing RNS's?

Up over 5% in Canada.

Oldtown,

I am fully aware of that. I am not suggesting Myriad are buying shares in the market because they would have to pay that in Cash component in the deal.

What I am asking is who is buying Sync in huge chunks? There has to be thresholds crossed and it can only be Institutional. Volume has been tremendous there has to be RNS(s) due.

A poster is suggesting Friends of Myriad - point is who is buying all they can?

BZ is owned by M's biggest shareholder and the Ceo is his son.

neubie - good question. I don't know but it would not surprise me for MYRN to support its share price at the moment.

Judging by the latest Form 8.3 disclosures BZ Bank Limited obviously thinks Myriad is a good buy.

I was thinking that as time moves on the share price would move closer to the offer.

Intertainment Media have indicated that it will be business as usual assuming Myriad is successful. I wonder if Intertainment Media is currently buying SYNC in the open market and will be voting in favour of the takeover.

Myriad are supposed to state that they are buying shares in the market if indeed that is the case - to the market before.

===================================================
Right last time i say this, ignore it if you want.

Myriad would have to offer every shareholder in cash the highest price they buy any Sync shares in the market.
So its quite clear considering they do not have the funds to make a cash offer that they will not buy one single share in the market.

Emblaze

INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2011

OUTLOOK & STRATEGY
• EMOZE continues to grow through additional licensing deals with handsets manufacturers and other deals with operators and enterprises;
• As part of its growth strategy, Emblaze continues to evaluate potential investments in the technology space that can offer the Company the opportunity to drive revenues and achieve long-term sustainable growth.

Naftali Shani, Chairman of Emblaze, commented:
"The positive momentum in EMOZE's business is continuing and we believe in EMOZE potential
to contribute to Emblaze's results and shareholder value going forward.

In term of corporate actions, we believe that the changing market climate will present better opportunities for potential acquisitions than those available during the first half of 2011."

This company is sitting on huge cash reserves. Looking at the BB's on this stock - they are wondering exactly what they are playing at?

Along the lines of give back the Shareholders some of the huge cash reserves or actually do something to enhance Shareholder Value - Anemic basically.

Only one offer on the table - will these have a go? If they wanted to they could trump Myriad easily.

Myriad are supposed to state that they are buying shares in the market if indeed that is the case - to the market before.

Hardly a level playing field if friends of Myriad are buying at .99% so they do not have to report.

At this time Myriad have the Sync BOD pledged shares (hardly a major amount lol) and Fidelity if there is not a better offer forthcoming been higher than 15% of the current offer.

Anyone can buy shares but surely if Friends of Myraid are buying and pledging the shares to Myriad down the line - still yet to be done and proven - that is sharp practice and against the rules of the Takeover Code?

We know if Myriad themselves have bought the highest amount in cash paid has to offered to all Shareholders in a cash component part of the deal.

The more I reflect on the events of the recent past the more I am inclined to favour Myriad's approach. Further, this company has really shown the SYNC's board of directors to be inept at best.

I now feel all the harsh words directed against SW were somewhat unjustified. The fact AD and Co. did not openly challenge his attacking style suggests they knew the game was up and most probably were just holding out for another pay cheque.

RICHARDSJ2...thank you for answering my question. It has been puzzling me for a while.

Are the friends of Myriad only buying 0.99% each so they don`t have to report?

My understanding from a level playing field point of view is that this shouldn`t be happening...but then what do I know!

Apart from there isn`t one!

Spit....
