I agree that the low volume is a good sign the big seller has finished. Also looks good from a TA point of view with the rising channel of higher lows being maintained so far. My finger is hovering over the buy button....

Combinations of existing drugs being tried shows the desperation to find a treatment:

Fauci's comment about current use of Remdesivir being better than nothing is worse than damning with faint praise.

What do you mean precisely? Anyway I suspect that would be the sort of question which wouldn't get answered.....

paradise city got to agree with you. But in this share it seems a 3p rise people sell and buy back to gain a few shares.

Low volumes tells me that currently the seller has slowed down or has stopped for the time being. The other side of the equation is that there is a lack of interest from buyers and therefore the share price has languished.

SNG is prone to spikes and trying to predict them is very difficult. You should be buying at this level if you believe that the risk/reward ratio is in your favour. For me it is but I cannot call which way the share price is going to go in the very short term. Gut tells me it will be higher this afternoon but I do not get it right every time. If I did I would be a prophet!!

Good to hear the hospital trial will read out as planned even if the full trial including the home trial element is ongoing. Hopefully we'll find out if it has some beneficial effect within the next weeks.

And they won't wait for the at home part of the trial before they publish the hospital part.

It hasn't been expanded, the initial protocol always had 400 patients. At the time Richard explained it to me as a placeholder in case they needed to expand the trial. That was prudent because that is what has happened with the home treatment part of the trial.

But the point is nothing has changed with regards to the protocol!

If the tests have been expanded to 400 people which is clearly positive will this likely mean a delay in collating, analysing and publishing results?

I think the key advantage is that it reduces the likelihood of ICU and all the associated costs and pressures this creates, as you rightly say Vitec, once in there its the roll of a dice for many

Froth coming off testing companies ie NCYT, ODX etc. Logically funds should now be flowing along the curve into therapeutics and vaccines. Expect strong move here before month end.

VitecWhat makes you say we could see a repeat of yesterday ?Did we come to any conclusion as to what caused yesterday sudden surge in price movement ?

Vitec far better to prescribe it before the need for ICU to help avoid the disease escalation.

A bit of research published about how the virus stops the body producing interferon.

"SARS-CoV-2 ORF3b is a potent interferon antagonist whose activity is further increased by a naturally occurring elongation variant"

So there is some logic to combat this by adding IFN exogenously!

The article says there is a strain of the virus in Ecuador that is even more potent at surpressing IFN and as a result your illness is even more severe. I won't be going to south america on my hols this year!
