monkeywench, I think that was the original Synairgen sponsored trial. John Bell (who I think is in charge of the recovery trial) mentions it at around 59.30 here

The Oxford RECOVERY trial funded by the UK government is looking at inhaled B-interferon (presumably SNG001) as a treatment for Covid-19.
