19/4/2017 08:55 | Very encouraging news - could be some good orders coming there. Saudi is extremely influential in the Middle East and other countries of a similar persuasion are likely to follow. SYM looking very good value here still. | philjeans
19/4/2017 08:41 | Next stop 20p | audigger
19/4/2017 08:26 | Good achievement by the company.Another jigsaw piece in place globally | mattjos
10/4/2017 19:47 | Reading this blog from LA is amusing as nothing has changed over the past 15 years. New product/s great hype then the fall out. Until such a time that there are dramatic changes in the board room nothing will change. | robertnash2
29/3/2017 18:04 | Yep.. Volume picking up nicely.. | maccamcd
21/3/2017 10:16 | Well the chart is starting to look interesting.... | audigger
16/3/2017 15:52 | Better trading day today | janekane
16/3/2017 08:23 | I'll take 16p....in fact I'd sell at 16p. I may have to wait a while though! | audigger
15/3/2017 18:33 | So why does share price fall after so many buys Vs sells today? | nmulm
14/3/2017 10:25 | Fair enough. I thought they had the right tech with the biodegradable bags, plus a load of MPs involved. And now we're paying 5p for a normal plastic bag? | zcaprd7
13/3/2017 07:48 | cheers zcaprd!.. only time will tell but they seem to have the right tech at the right time, so I'd rather be long than short for sure. and the opportunity is worth the risk. | maccamcd
10/3/2017 17:50 | no lemons Funnythat?? | janekane
09/3/2017 12:31 | Winthrip will be shoughting his mouth off tomorrow and we should get a small rise as the lemons follow his tip | janekane
09/3/2017 09:57 | No. Not everyone happy. Plenty of disgruntled long term holders, plus those suckered in a while back, I would think. They've been trundling along for years, just about breaking even, paying themselves generous salaries. The sales you talk of have been promised many, many times before, and they are in permanent start mode with a new product every year... I know it must be exciting as a new holder now, but you have been duly warned! Good luck! | zcaprd7
09/3/2017 07:38 | AuDigger.. This is 16p before 6p now | maccamcd
09/3/2017 07:21 | Excellent turnaround in numbers.. Sales about to explode = straight through to bottom line Exciting times ahead watching this stock rise after years of investment in world leading technology! They certainly have the right technology at the right time... Everyone happy? | maccamcd
08/3/2017 17:07 | Back to 6p it would appear.... | audigger
06/3/2017 19:50 | Pull back before the next push or slow drift back to 6p? Plastic is well and truly on the environmental agenda but can SYM leverage the opportunity? | audigger
03/3/2017 09:54 | I had it over valued at a quid, shows what I know its now over £3. | celeritas
03/3/2017 09:10 | Purplebricks is also way overvalued IMHO. Seen as disruptive to the sector. We will see how that one pans out. | smithless
02/3/2017 15:36 | Look at purp, companies with higher p/e's have them for a reason. More deals will emerge over the coming months, watch this space. | celeritas
02/3/2017 10:53 | It has no patents, just knowledge on how to use the material - so a sales & marketing company, with a twist. I like what they do, but the valuation looks bonkers. I called up companyrefs and in 2011 it had turnover of £8.5m, in its recent trading statement stated £6.8m - its top line is all over the place. It does have major competitors and really doesn't have much to give over and above what they do. Also I think it will have to do a placing soon, as it was down to 20 grand at the half year and think it is still consuming cash. See Cantors its broker, has £100k PBT for 2016, puts it on a PE of 147x, which quite high, given its history | smithless
01/3/2017 16:36 | Mattjos we have heard all this before, the wonderful ideas which never materialise. I wish the company well, hoping they make so much profit so the BoD can take £2m per annum and your shares increase to £1. Reality....not a chance. What IP do they have on anti-microbial? | robertnash2
01/3/2017 14:12 | I don't get why antimicrobial pipes are a 'game changer' No-one else in the world uses / needs them. The water in them is chlorinated - that does the job. What is the unique proposition - anti-microbial additives for plastics have long been available. | heeley3 |
