28/2/2017 23:15 | currently valued at 2.15 trailing (FY16) revenues. Does not seem particularly demanding for a technology company with a strong brand and global presence in its market sector. 75 distributors in 100 countries. Whilst historically they were really just about the d2w technology, I would argue that it is actually the d2p technology that will drive sales from here onwards. d2t is rather an unknown & they may not be able to say much about it, for obvious reasons. If d2p takes off in the same way that Microban did years ago (when Sainsbury's brought it to market with a time-limited exclusivity) then, sales could grow very significantly. These first two contracts are a good start .. let's see if they get quick follow-on adoption and orders. If so, the business model is such that growing revenues will very, very quickly translate into growing profits (now that we are achieving profitability on £6.8m sales). Paying just 2 x Revs for an established company of 15 years. Seems damn cheap to me given the marketing, R&D & Distributor partner development + market presence over the last 15 years. A new entrant would have to spend much, much more than this to try and break into the market from a standing start. | mattjos
28/2/2017 20:46 | Funny share ... the thread is busier when it's going down. The old lags, hoping for the business & its directors to fail, seem shocked into silence when the price rises and the business shows tangible signs of growth & profitability. When next I get a few days clear, I will be starting a new thread here to highlight the potential. Anyone with suggestions / research for inclusion in the header of that, please let me know. | mattjos
