13.8 million usd needed to pay the dividend.Which is coming straight off the cash at hand on Thursday.I'll be surprised if this doen't fall further on XD. Letting my free shares run for the divi with a view to buying back in cheaper on Thursday or Friday.

Some of the increase in cash is due to the unwinding of working capital from the sales fall. As sales pick up again some of that will be given back.

Payment of the dividend will be made to Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29 October 2021 and the ex-dividend date is 28 October 2021.

Liberum-

The majority of the impact to net revenues, down 38% qoq to $29.8m, was because the basket price down 29% qoq, but also a negative sales adjustment from provisional pricing of $2.4m from the previous quarter’s sales, that we would not expect to recur in coming quarters. Solid cash position for another special dividend Cash balances still swelled 25% to $132.7m, boosted by working capital outflows ($18.7m), as trade debtors reduced on lower revenues. The company still sits on another c.$50m of trade receivables. Come the interim results, we believe that the company is in a good position to pay another special dividend in any PGM price environment. We await further clarification on the possible size, but assume that it will be a similar number to the 3.75p special dividend payout of the previous year.

Liberum research summary today-
We remain bullish on the price outlook, as we assume the chip-related disruption to auto output will soon be resolved. Even at spot, the stock trades at a 25% FCF yield.

Yes, I think we'll finish up. And we should, given the results, which were good. And the divi is imminent as well.
I wonder how many people voluntarily sold in the 90s, and how much of the drop was the market-makers raiding stop losses? This kind of raiding seems to happen regularly on this stock, so beware!

Usual market-makers shenanigans on results day here, triggering a cascade of stop losses. I added on the drop, of course. Who wouldn't? Especially with the 4p dividend imminent.
Usual excellent performance from SLP - thanks to all.
I'd still like to know what they are going to do with what is now a simply huge cash pile, but I'm not in a big hurry about that. And, let's face it, having no debts and too much money is a first world kind of problem and all told most un-AIM like.
