07/6/2019 15:52 | Oversold. Good buy opportunity. | john148
07/6/2019 14:25 | Mandate, re 5105 Fund managers are more likely to miscalculate including the Special One Woodford - it's other people's money they are playing with - essentially a game of Monopoly to them. It is of no consequence what so ever to their careers or fortunes. They think they walk on water, or are masters of the universe (Goldman Sachs). So don't bother what fund managers think or do - if people think that we PIs are clueless with our money, fund managers are intoxicated, reckless and clueless and often just out of University with a degree in some totally unrelated field - it's just that Dad's golf partner, knows people in the City. | multibagger
07/6/2019 13:54 | The last couple of weeks with BGF accumulating whilst us punters were able to get a 3.96 bid on millions of shares feels even stranger now after this mornings warning, none of us can complain as we had the chance to sell the lot should we choose, the puzzle is still scrambled in my brain, BGF were allowed in at 4p just before a significant announcement!! Still no news of a seller so why didn’t the price rise substantially from 4p? Until it becomes clear I’ll remain suspicious of a low ball offer engineered at around 4p and none of us could complain, food for thought | bashor
07/6/2019 13:44 | Company Directors are the only ones to have obtained a significant and continues profit from the company, during the two decades I've held their shares, so I guess they would be looking forward with confidence to continuing to do so :) | gbh2
07/6/2019 13:10 | “We continue to invest in operational excellence and innovative product development as the main drivers of organic growth, and to evaluate the potential for enhanced growth by acquisition. The directors recognise that the impact of the above external market factors on the Group is disappointing; however, as "significant shareholders" in the Group we continue to look to the future with "confidence" (" "Emphasis mine) 1. I am wondering which of the 3 syllables in confidence; you kind people would put the most stress on in relation to anything regarding the running of our company by the whole management? 2. How would you regroup or use in the singular the said syllables? As ever regards VZ | van zandt
07/6/2019 11:48 | This'll keep going as long as someone is willing to pick up the odd few million shares every year. | gbh2
07/6/2019 10:44 | Honestly, what FUD. | mandate
07/6/2019 10:43 | So BGF must have really mis-calculated then. | mandate
07/6/2019 10:25 | No way back for this company-regulatory hurdles and trade obstacles with the NHS and overseas clients-brexit or not-and cash will become an issue as it starts to lose money again and struggles to survive. One more bit of bad news will finish it. imo | cumnor
07/6/2019 09:05 | Fortunate timing! "PDMR Shareholding The Company announces that, also on 24 May 2019, it issued and allotted a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company following an exercise of options by Charmaine Day, Company Secretary and PDMR. As part of this transaction, Mrs Day sold 1,000,000 shares at a price of 4 pence per share." | skinny
07/6/2019 09:04 | Given that MM's opened up at 3.1 you have to think that fair value with revenue growth this year and potential for US growth next year is around that level | zipstuck
07/6/2019 09:01 | That's why I think discussions may be ongoing. | gbh2
07/6/2019 08:55 | I’ll take 4.5p down from my 4.95p | bashor
07/6/2019 08:45 | That’s my point Ken, a cunning stunt | bashor
07/6/2019 08:30 | That could well happen BASHOR. BGF must have known the profit warning was about to be made when they were increasing their holding. If someone offered me 4p in a few weeks time (assuming we dont recover back up in the interim) I would take it , whereas yesterday I would not. | kenone
07/6/2019 08:22 | BGF buy 60m shares at 4p followed by a hefty loss, they come along again a few months later and offer 4p for the entire company, now what are the odds | bashor
07/6/2019 08:09 | If BGF believe in the long term outlook for SUN, then this temporary setback that was beyond SUN`s control, may be looked upon as a great buying opportunity. | dan de lion
07/6/2019 07:53 | I suspect they may be busy talking to the Directors of BGF. | gbh2
07/6/2019 07:50 | I expect the directors will show some support at this price | bashor
07/6/2019 07:50 | G'morning Bashor, I hope your loss here pales when compared to what we made on PIC, the farce our Government have made out of Brexit isn't doing PIs any favours, imo only those with deep pockets (and not called Woodford) are making anything atm. GL | gbh2
07/6/2019 07:49 | It’s all part of my retirement plan also so only a paper loss at this stage albeit a large one | bashor
07/6/2019 07:48 | Feel your pain but my sipp is in for the long haul | jmf69
07/6/2019 07:44 | Very but I’m not buying anymore | bashor |
