Less willing sellers at 4p maybe, it’s a 10% spread right now looking in from the outside, not encouraging to trade volume, it’s a long game BGF and I know how to sit tight

He went onto build a much bigger stake. If you look at the 3yr graph, you'll see a massive volume spike. That was the selling of the holding.

The AIM-listed Leeds-based company, which develops innovative medical technology for use in keyhole surgery, said today Rea was buying 39.5m shares at 4p each to take an 8.9% stake in SI.

Surely they too have to declare if they cross certain holding percentages. Also, then why not just sell in 1 lump rather than chunks?

If it was a single seller connected with the company they'd have to let the market know via a rns, however I'm not so sure that applies to one or more of the old lags that used to run the company.

Stake building by BGF is very encouraging but who is selling, Did Chris Rea keep hold of his holding when he invested at 4p and now getting out, I can’t remember that far back
