12/12/2014 13:43 | Wonder if those 2x 200k trades was that director offloading the ones he bought at 1.7p exercising his option recently advised by RNS ? If so that conflicts with previous theory about all coming good . | kenone
12/12/2014 12:32 | Agree with you, cliley. Staff and family and friends must have been given the nod that all will come good. Expect an RNS any day now. | kenone
12/12/2014 12:24 | Could well (imo) be hope over experience - Unless they can get faster acceptance and build sales this still has a significant potential to be burnt toast (imo). Watching but not buying. | pugugly
12/12/2014 12:14 | The clue's in last results. Inventory. | encarter
12/12/2014 12:13 | Interesting | bashor
12/12/2014 12:08 | Small buys indicate staff and family buying. Looks like good news just around the corner. | cliley454
12/12/2014 11:04 | You're right Ken, that does include my Heamocell losses, my first shares were 60p. First profit I saw was a sell at 11p and then at 13p, been up & down since until the big fall! As for selling, I'll wait and see what they have to say at the next update before deciding. | gbh2
12/12/2014 09:40 | Was that your 200k @ 2.6p gbh ? Back down on the bid again thanks to that one. | kenone
12/12/2014 09:20 | Be good to know there will still BE a company in 14 months, never mind 14 years ! | kenone
12/12/2014 09:12 | break even? lets hope the next 14 years are better :-) | bashor
12/12/2014 09:10 | Well, you are very lucky gbh ! Does that include losses when it was Heamocell ? I need a few more pennies on the share price yet to get to that point. So when do you plan to sell out ? | kenone
12/12/2014 09:04 | Fourteen years of Buying & selling SUN shares and today's rise puts me at break even :)) | gbh2
12/12/2014 09:01 | The series of small buys continues with share price ticking up as a result. I am thinking that there are those out there that know something that is not in the public domain. About time the company updated us all on current situation. | kenone
11/12/2014 19:18 | from a chart point of view fingers crossed we poke our heads back over 4p here's hoping | argyle underclap
11/12/2014 15:42 | Thanks for all your comments on this. Presume the ann report will provide an idea as to whether there is an option soon to expire ! Let's wait and see if he flogs them ! Presume if he left the co. or was asked to leave any "unexercised" options would be waivered ? | leadingladies
11/12/2014 15:17 | He may have had to exercise if the options were soon to expire | jmf69
11/12/2014 14:55 | DEFINITION of 'Exercise' To put into effect the right specified in a contract. In options trading, the option holder has the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell the underlying instrument at a specified price on or before a specified date in the future. If the holder decides to buy or sell the underlying instrument (rather than allowing the contract to expire worthless or closing out the position), he or she will exercise the option, and make use of the right available in the contract. In other words grabbing some cheap shares that have been on offer often connected to achieving a goal........In the case of Company Directors "the goal" usually means they have to be breathing at the time they grab the shares :)) | gbh2
11/12/2014 14:52 | Nope. McMahon is exercising the right to buy 400k shares at 1.7p, as opposed to the higher market price, because he thinks the shares are worth more than 1.7p.As far as we know, he hasn't sold the shares. That part, and his fear of the co going under, you pretty much made up. | wigwammer
11/12/2014 14:03 | Can somebody explain the logic of exercising an option please. Confess I struggle with this :- needing the cash so will sell the shares, fearing the co. will go under hence getting hold of and selling the shares before it goes pop, exercising a gain (or a loss) within the same fin yr so as to reduce CGT etc etc | leadingladies
11/12/2014 11:47 | M J Mcmahon exercises options... 400k at 1.7p | jmf69
10/12/2014 18:49 | Looks promising. | john148
10/12/2014 16:22 | Buys going through at full ask price so another tick up due imo :)) | gbh2
09/12/2014 19:02 | Somewhat reassured with today's trading pattern, maybe SI have a future and someone knows it will survive | bashor |
