He must be a trifle annoyed about how events have panned out-in fact he must be boiling mad.

You have to suspect a fundraising, Chris Rea was sold a pup, is there a chance of him taking this private as a way of justifying his actions

I note this has gone on Paul Scott's bargepole list as uninvestable.
The more you read the statement the worse it gets.
how this tallies with Chris Rea's astute business acumen I do not know.
Unclear as to whether this is a good entry point or is there a fund raising looming??

They may have a good product in there eyes but if they are not selling?

Looks like the US distributers can easily wash there hands of any commitment re sales

"Do they still have financial support "

I've not seen any indication of large share holders running for cover and as long as they keep holding I'm hoping there's a recovery plan somewhere in the wings.

I still think that Rea must have known about these issues when he bought in back in June. It has obviously taken a few months to get the board to accept the reality of the mistakes they have made in the past and declare the real financial mess they have got into. He must see a way out - or he would not have invested.

Agreed with all of the qabove - save only short termupside if a new beginning. IMO value - save as one of the walking dead untill evidence of real paid for sales (rather than (s or r)and becoming cash flow positive.

Agree re comments on the Independent Directors -

The real crunch question is "Do they still have financial support " ?

The questionable performance of the directors must be close to being fraudulent,
what the hell use were the non-executive directors if they weren't even keeping an eye on due diligence??

Ken - that's a very good and very likely summation of the crossroads we are at.

So is this the begining of the end, or the final clear out of the bad news and the begining of a new start with the new products with a new management who actually know how to sell ? By Christmas we will either be sub 1p or back to 5p with a new plan in action. No idea which !!

I must say that sounds grim.

The near collapse of this co has been nothing short of shocking.
