05/11/2024 16:05 | Gclark.. they are just fishing!... no one knows what's going to happen here. However it's either funding and these levels or going private.. if you ring the main number they are all upbeat and positive.. time will soon tell. | the stinger
05/11/2024 15:00 | It is amazing that those without a shareholding spend so long every day talking the company down ... and it's just repeating the same old stuff. It's boring so I've filtered Bones, and Bagpuss and allies may follow. I was thinking (positively) about getting the old production lines going that were used prior to the new furnaces for the next 6 months. Plenty of demand, so sales are there if we can produce. | gclark
05/11/2024 10:35 | Also the threat it could go into admin is a high possibility from here too . All scenarios remain but the likelihood is reflected in the share price and points to a unhappy ending imo . Sorry for the doom I just feel the odds here are poor from this position and why this is valued where it is for a reason | bones698
04/11/2024 12:21 | No point crying over spilt milk here. Possibility it will survive & start afresh from here, if so could be a cracking entry point, however all previous shareholders wiped out. | the stinger
04/11/2024 10:12 | As will know bones698, the appointment of non-executive directors is not mandatory under the companies act. However they have become common since the 1980’s, bringing independent part time governance and oversight. Kitchingman has multiple large plc manufacturing non-exec directorships, and is a chartered accountant. He will provide discipline to the many areas the CEO lacks experience in, and imo would not have taken the arduous chairmanship without open eyes and a determination to make a difference. Particularly to raising finance. Is his appointment too late? Probably. Bundred? The least one can say is that he certainly loyally believed in his optimism. He has lost hugely, by my reckoning more than my £104k loss, by his continual and substantial support for the shares. As a director he could not sell out without an RNS announcement, which would have crashed the share price earlier. He deserves credit for that. If the new chair fails in his challenge it will not be for lack of arguing with the CEO. Much may depend upon how assertive he and the CFO is in persuading the CEO to reduce his pay. 04/11/2024 05:23 | Unfortunately I think he's been sold a lemon when he took the job . Funding is now the pressing issue and what form that will take . Most ways lead to dillution of some kind and how much time it buys them if the options even exist . Bundred staying as long as he did saved me a lot of money in the end as I vowed never to invest in the company while he remained there . It's been quiet for a while and update on what the plan is is needed soon otherwise they will run out of cash and the next rns could be the last . I hope for some people's sake that's not the case but I do feel the new chair was sold a grenade when he thought he was getting a cake | bones698
01/11/2024 19:35 | I'm sorry it doesn't. Of course they are still trading for now. | bagpuss67
01/11/2024 16:45 | Good sign I guess. Hopefully this means that production is purring like a kitten now, and here's hoping this eventually translates to sustainable revenue. | soixanteneufdude
01/11/2024 13:07 | Inside info in action? | bagpuss67
01/11/2024 13:06 | OK. Those are much more material trades in the context of what the value of them was even in the placing. | bagpuss67
01/11/2024 07:55 | It never ceases to amaze me that there are people out there that have the time or energy to make stuff up and post it on BBs. There are at least 3 posters on here doing that. | bagpuss67
01/11/2024 07:30 | Yes, mooted.. this raise if so, will keep the gravy train going for another year. | the stinger
01/11/2024 07:27 | Placing at 0.01 muted.. 5 billion shares. | the stinger
31/10/2024 15:57 | Some brave soles buying under 0.25p.... £2500 for a million. Would have cost £750k at one point.... | bagpuss67
31/10/2024 14:29 | Seems private delisting.. person on the office phone says. | the stinger
31/10/2024 13:20 | Thiopia tour picking some real winners ,here and agl I think it's you that should be avoided with your stock choices | bones698
31/10/2024 12:02 | Surface transform now in discussions to go private Lse listing may be cancelled | blakesmith
28/10/2024 16:08 | Go Forth And Multiply on the ENET board i.postimg.cc/dt9MGv5 | thiopia
28/10/2024 15:15 | Harland and Wolff another bulletin board favorite that couldn't fail, government contracts, strategic etc. Maybe this will be the exception. Just don't get emotionally attached, that's all. | happy bear
28/10/2024 14:09 | No interest in this share at present. No update, new chair too. Very strange and maybe a delist coming. Company is probs done with AIM, had its £100m money and knows a further raise is un achievable. Can buy 5m very easily however no bid to sell any amount. Says it all imo. | the stinger |
