Selling a stake to an established Tier 1 supplier to OEMs would be one option or directly to the OEMs.

Plenty of options. Not beyond the wit of man.

They did say clearly they are looking at strategic optionS to ensure the long term financial stability of the Company . There has to be a chance that means that they could secure some funding. I'm not aware that they are in the market for an equity raise at the moment so that implies the options potentially relate to a strategic equity investor or still maybe a convertible loan (I keep an eye on companies house for new security being registered)...

I suspect the land may hold some value but do Liverpool get everything including the land in the event of admin ? That could be redeveloped . First and most importantly they need cash before end of year imo and the chairman running off was not a good sign of what's going on internally .

Sp is not exactly inspiring confidence too . I suspect my initial comments on the situation will come true here

Company should have been notified who the purchaser of the 70m was today and market tomorrow.

This is like having a festering boil on ya old man but without having any antibiotics. The cheap buyout will happen soon, the value here is outstanding, you.d think. No news on cancelled contracts unless I.ve missed it.

It's important to be factual and you can speculate but please don't write stuff as if is definitive when it's guesswork without any evidence

Tom you banged on for a long time about the Liverpool loan not being utilised or even was available. You were wrong.
Frankly I don't trust what you write even though the outcome maybe what you hoped for after wisely selling out.

amt. There are currently three separate registered charges at companies house against SCE. I assume you are referring to the Liverpool loan one, but you do not say. I never suggested that any of these charges did or do not exist. They all do until satisfied.

For those bored, scroll down to my more detailed post of 31 August 24.

Tom makes stuff up. He told us for ages that the loan didn't exist.
Why he does this I don't know.
What is factual
The loan does exist, the orders do exist, production issues are a massive problem.

Tom, I was somewhat surprised by your final comment about SCE concluding that the order book was a mirage. That prompted my “don’t slaughter” comment which was a reference to not writing the technology off so readily. There are very longstanding relationships underpinning the business and I am 99% certain that the tech will have clients and a life after this listing.
