On the basis it is cheaper to heat my whole house for 10 hours day with a gas combi than heat one small room with an electric heater for 10 hours a day, I wait to be convinced.

Capital Access are arranging a post-FY results roadshow on 1st and 2nd February, with a group session (for PIs?) on 2nd February, after the 24th January results if anyone's interested in signing up via Capital Access to attend.

Note that it's over 10 years and extendable to 15, so I'm assuming that's why it's not been RNS'd as it's not material on an annual basis, even though it's a very nice win bringing in further secure revenues for some time to come:
