24/2/2010 12:37 | slap - its almost certainly the fact that he has other capital gains in his portfolio other than SPGH | joe say
24/2/2010 10:03 | surprising he can have a capital gain on the stock at this price... what price did he get the stock in the first place??????? I agree using capital gains allowance as an excuse to sell is a very weak one... should be made to resign as a director... if he doesn't believe in the story why be here.... | slapdash
24/2/2010 09:50 | Joe, fair point. | nilip
24/2/2010 08:53 | Nilip - Its a £10k sale - this and the fact that RNS's have to be factual makes me less cynical | joe say

18/1/2010 10:21 | Well I agree with broker; looks a very cheap entry point - picked up a few this am. | philjeans
15/1/2010 12:33 | header updated phew | cambium
06/1/2010 20:17 | Still no news. Any major disruption in their factory could cause financial difficulties, given their leverage. Surprised there is no comment. Maybe it wasn't a major incident. | topvest
05/1/2010 20:01 | Oops - that looks nasty. No announcement, no share price move...odd!! | topvest
25/11/2009 22:00 | Finely balanced risk/reward punt this one. They have debt repayments of £3.3m a year which is not as comfortable as it was. Not much scope for more deterioration, but then again markets might be showing some sign of improvement. If trading improves this is a bargain. If trading deteriorates much further, they will have problems. | topvest
25/11/2009 16:37 | Extremely pressed for time this morning but managed quick scan of what I thought was a disappointing RNS, dislike the word 'challenging'. Seems like a long long wait for holders, sold half my holding for 32p.[trade still not showing] OK, for positive comment look on iii bb, IMHO - still hold the other 50%. | blueliner
25/11/2009 08:13 | Well wait over - results not that great but far from disasterous yield 4% pe 4 still a buy in my view, pity about the spread. 10% drop on a piflingly low volume - still early days perhaps MM trying a tree shake as they may have a big order. | slogsweep
05/11/2009 16:07 | Quiet here waiting for news are we? | slogsweep
31/10/2009 08:02 | Still only 14%, where do you get 20% from napoleon. | blueliner
28/10/2009 18:03 | Or if & when it breaks out.............! Black Rock quietly accumulating; now over 20%. Now, if that ain't a vote of confidence? | napoleon 14th
28/10/2009 17:52 | Long term, IMHO, this is a good'un. I'll add on weakness. | napoleon 14th
17/10/2009 20:40 | Interesting flurry of trades reported on Plus - friday, someone bought circa 165000 in 6 lots. | blueliner
30/9/2009 12:00 | yes,orrible spread. | johnv
30/9/2009 11:54 | Did anyone noticed that 'Black Rock' had increased its holding above 14%? | thaiger
24/9/2009 18:33 | Guess not a lot to be said about todays results. Steady as she goes. | nickcduk
