29/5/2024 21:38 | Well that's a miserable last few posts today. | loot2309
29/5/2024 21:29 | I have pointed out for some time now that he must get s.p.higher.Net Zero have agreed substantial limitations on selling shares, but we have not been told detail, other than they cannot short the shares.Cash payments can be made. | irishdave2
29/5/2024 21:23 | I remember when PC got Net zero on board and one particular follower on this thread mentioned it was a bad idea and will only lead to dilution. We may have needed this money to survive and keep afloat so it’s a tough one. We have to get used to sitting at this level. Deals signed and payments made are the only thing that will shift share price | 1wager
29/5/2024 20:56 | So yes it's not clear how feasible it will be to mitigate massive dilution over the short term... | pistolpete100
29/5/2024 20:55 | Alternatively if a dea is imminent PC could serve notice that SRES plans to buy back the unconverted notes - however what I don't know is whether in doing so net zero still have the option to convert within that 30 day period - if they do I would expect them to convert on the basis that they would know a dea is coming and as such a corresponding share price rise | pistolpete100
29/5/2024 20:53 | Indeed bsg - that is the risk in the short term and the months following and deal - over time it would resolve itself if there was a policy of consistent buybacks with the royalty proceeds however that is medium to long term In terms of mitigating this risk there are only a couple of options as I see it Get the share price significantly higher - the only way to do this currently would be for very large director buys in the open market | pistolpete100
29/5/2024 20:33 | It’s going to gravely affect the price if any deal is done. Lucky to get above 0.25p IMO. | bsg
29/5/2024 20:26 | That's an awful lot of shares.... | pistolpete100
29/5/2024 20:23 | Barnaby fully agree good news on C.S. Site would go down very well,if it provides a cash injection.other sites would become just a little cream on top. | irishdave2
29/5/2024 20:17 | Pete we still have £210,000 notes left for conversion. | irishdave2
29/5/2024 19:58 | Dave, it’s great reading any positive rns on other projects. Me personally I’d rather read a great rns from cs project. I couldn’t care about royalties but cs. It’s that simple | barnaby5
29/5/2024 18:22 | Looks that way Dave - It would be really interesting to know how much they have separate from the 133M coming their way shortly | pistolpete100
29/5/2024 16:49 | Same again Net Zero off loading. | irishdave2
29/5/2024 15:12 | 6 months... | pistolpete100
29/5/2024 14:47 | Will put you forward Pete. How much notice would you need before starting. | irishdave2
29/5/2024 14:32 | Would be nice to see a dividend payment upon cs deal | fire2480
29/5/2024 14:29 | I'm good at counting cash... - happy to put myself forward lol | pistolpete100
29/5/2024 14:27 | Very soon we will be appointing someone for counting the cash as trucks exit sites in Nevada, any idea who might get the position. | irishdave2
29/5/2024 14:17 | Think we will be getting our half year report tomorrow | fire2480
29/5/2024 13:42 | If Tolsa deal is completed it will provide a great revenue stream together with Diatomite revenue.Sepiolite price is between $350-$1350 per ton depending on quality.Having a velorem royalty of 3% would be very substantial I.e. between $9-$45 per ton. | irishdave2
29/5/2024 10:31 | All be it these updates are good it’s not going to break through at all until it has monetary value. Hope it’s not a distraction tactic away from CS. | 1wager
29/5/2024 10:28 | No stock at the moment on market price should rise from this level.know someone who wanted large volume 0.06 unable to fill order.have told him do it by smaller units. | irishdave2
29/5/2024 09:24 | 0.03p was last conversion so its heavily discounted too | mick1909
29/5/2024 08:27 | Correct pistolpete. | irishdave2
29/5/2024 08:18 | It's not so much unloading existing shares it's converting the remaining funds in the note that if done at the current price will have a significant dilutive effect | pistolpete100 |
