Yes aviator it is a bit of a catch 22 - If we believe net zero have not many shares left to unload I would expect that a serious update on CS would absorb these in an instant - the risk is that we require funding prior to any announcement - this also has to be a reason investors are lack luster to buy in a current levels

I think there would be a corum of us who would consider contributing to a private placing - however to do so I'd need to have more detail on current CS position, without that I wouldn't have the required confidence

Barnaby I have beaten the drum for a long time.In my opinion issuing preference shares would be the best way,it would have a very strong impact on s.p.Our c.s.site will need a fair amount of funding it’s so large but without it I cannot see a singal company on its own taking it on.

Spot on Dave. I spoke with pc last month and the main question on his mind if further dilution reqd or when would I prefer to buy shares at placing for a discount instead of external parties. I replied yes and I would rather have all of us instead of crooks like now. Pc told me he is now (better late than never) looking at this option if or when reqd. I continously read now that he's only focused on tym. This is wrong but you have to remember tym were non existant from pc when he was pushing through pozz. You can't have the limelight all the time

I'm pleased I voted against pc's ability to raise further funds without shareholder approval . Unfortunately the motion was passed and PC will be able to raise funds regardless of implications to private investors and obviously the share price .

Pete fire is correct been doing lt from day one.share price will not recover until all issued stock is sold.Aviator and Mick first pointed out this problem,when I stated P.C. Should fund company by way of shareholders only.Net Zero know the value of our site and will repeat the funding again and take cream.
