30/5/2024 19:18 | Ok loot and aviator let’s just ignore the fact that PC stated something and pretend it’s still a long way off! Think it’s u lot who don’t help investors stating things like we are a long way off making any money!!! I’m all for making money and getting things done. | 1wager
30/5/2024 18:08 | Thought it was a solid report - couple of things that were interesting to me... Financially we are "ok" just now however we need some form of decent income over the next 6 months to prevent further dilution. BUT, there are reasons to be optimistic here... the second £75k payment re Diatomite will surly be in the second half of this year and noted that negotiations are ongoing for the sale of Bakers field - if hes stating this explicitly I'd expect a degree of confidence that this will be successful which will surely result in a cash payment of some description (plus royalty im sure). Income from those two projects alone should get us to end of year at which point we will hopefully get positive outcome from Tolsa - which in turn will give us a really firm financial footing. - All of this of course excludes any CS deal - which is looking more positive given the interest that its generating - timing wise well who knows, I do think its dangerous to get hung up on end of June. The important point is that a deal looks really likely. Also good news re Hazen - whats clear here is that Hazen and CS will in all likelyhood be getting treated separately in terms of a deal - although a sale of CS for example could include a fist right of refusal on Hazen pending certain conditions. So.... I think the next 6 months will be pivotal for us - but given the latest updates things are looking very positive IMO -the challenge will be to minimise dilution as discussed previously... - but even then if we get the right deals that will become a non-issue over time as we can buyback stock from our recurring revenue streams... 30/5/2024 15:18 | Ps Loot has been here since pre permitting days. He's a solid citizen and investor. Of course we are all frustrated in our own ways and I know Patrick is also but it is what it is. I voted against a few resolutions at AGM. Wasn't enough to sway it but was nothing personal just my own business belief at the time. However my faith in Patrick to continue to lead the company remained and I don't know anyone better for the job to be honest. He will get it done! | theaviator
30/5/2024 15:14 | Haven't been here for "years" at all re CS. Sorry but Loot is right and I support his view. The problem here is you failed to do the research to know and realise how long these things can take to get to production. You can ask Patrick yourself. This imo will be relatively quick compared to even a quarry which can sometimes take up to 15 years.I stated as soon as permit was granted we were likely in for a wait. I didn't expect this long myself but it is what it is and I accept it for what it is and choose to wait it out and bought even more. It's detrimental to not only the board but yourself with the flapping you do. Told you this isn't for you that's clear but it's distracting to other proper investors that don't really have any issue of how things are being run here. Perhaps you are in over your head I don't know but you won't repeat that again if so but don't take it out on this board please because we are pretty well versed with what to expect. What do you want Patrick to do, go and hold a gun to their heads???! He has done very well with industrials imo as he's proving and this is coming together nicely. Was the same re Tosla.. he clearly did what was needed. I would have done exactly the same in his shoes re giving them more time, being gentlemanly and cooperative. Not sure if you've ever spoken to Patrick but it's not difficult to realise he is a really a genuinely nice man. That's another reason my faith in him with this business. If I lose the lot I lose the lot but won't cry about it. You pay your money you take your chances. Some you win some you lose.Over and out. | theaviator
30/5/2024 13:47 | Let’s keep a business ticking away at rock bottom and provide nothing back for investors and slowly burn out. Let’s start doing business and get cracking | 1wager
30/5/2024 13:39 | Things don’t work like what loot!?!! We have been here for years. We have heard the same thing year in year out. We r in discussions….. how long are u expecting to wait!!! | 1wager
30/5/2024 13:38 | I also wouldn't want him to just flog CS quickly to get some money if he can do a better and larger deal. | loot2309
30/5/2024 13:37 | I think that because I am realistic. He had aims to achieve something but it's not a cast iron guarantee, things just don't work that way and you need to stop holding onto it. | loot2309
30/5/2024 13:30 | Wonder why u think that….Did u see the interview? | 1wager
30/5/2024 13:13 | I wouldn't expect anything on CS within 4 weeks quite frankly. | loot2309
30/5/2024 12:49 | I wouldn’t wait on Hazen. If new parties are emerging all the time then flog CS soon and get some money in and get the ball rolling. Then we can wait for bull sample on Hazen and it may surge Hazens appeal if CSis done and a firm is cracking on with green cement. | 1wager
30/5/2024 12:41 | Decent report. New parties emerging all the time is brilliant news as they may all get involved in a bidding war. The only thing is that it may lengthen the period of getting a deal signed on a contract if new players emerge all the time. Still hoping PC sticks to his word. 4 weeks away….. | 1wager
30/5/2024 12:20 | Lol at Safe. That guy will be gutted when this finally pays out, it's how whole identity now. | loot2309
30/5/2024 11:37 | Best worded I've seen | fire2480
30/5/2024 11:30 | Best report I’ve ever seen from sres. | irishdave2
30/5/2024 11:19 | Half year report out | fire2480
30/5/2024 10:15 | Just to add aviator has interpreted this share very well for a number of years and he has the foresight . Knowledge and balls to react to the companies performance . If aviator is still here as well as plot more long term holders then I'm sure it will all cone good | fire2480
30/5/2024 10:06 | Lots of factors playing here 1 wager as to moving forward . Sadly one of them is the historical performance . The only way we're gonna gain some confidence from the market is to actually deliver something that will reflect shareholder value . PC now needs to deliver to regain the confidence of the markets and shareholders . Over to you PC | fire2480
30/5/2024 09:55 | A lot of people on this thread think I’m doom and gloom and a panicker. I just react accordingly to what I see. If we pull a deal off u will see some very optimistic posts and enjoy reading my thoughts. However, at present we aren’t moving in a good direction for any of us to make money. Any good news and raise will then be squandered by the selling of our convertible security shares!!!! We need an investor to see the potential here and buy big. I’m talking 1Ok, I’m talking about one which would drive it up like 100k.Why isn’t happening? Are we still that much of a risk ….. | 1wager
29/5/2024 22:37 | No harm done they will be gone soon enough Dave. Just don't do it again LOL They all the same these outfits really... | theaviator
29/5/2024 22:21 | At first I was in favour of Net Zero, thinking that it would promote C.S.site.Until Mick told us that they were off loading awhile back now.We now need a deal for C.S. site with cash injection from sale or J.V.Or provide funds via us shareholders,by way of preference share issue. | irishdave2
29/5/2024 21:55 | I wasn't in agreement with net zero and he will have learnt his lesson with any luck but they won't be around for long | theaviator
29/5/2024 21:53 | Bear in mind PC is a major shareholder - he certainly has no desire for further dilution either so we'll see what unfolds - he's a clever guy and I know he does value the long term holders | pistolpete100
29/5/2024 21:50 | Wager - yes I agree it is a tough one - at the time we were between a rock and a hard place and combined with further delays to value (I.e. tolsa) that has meant the share price continues to drift to levels that I'm sure PC himself didn't particularly envisage - but here we are | pistolpete100
29/5/2024 21:48 | I think miserable is too strong a word - it's just a fair assessment of where we are - certainly not all doom and gloom - things are really turning the corner here - however until such time as net zero are no longer on the park we do have a weight on the share price - but over time that will resolve - I'm just not clear on what feasible options we have at our disposal in the shorter term that would prevent further conversion | pistolpete100 |
