Aviator Tolsa site drilling he reported on 20 something drill holes,Tolsa drilled 69 what about the others.P.C. Knows but not told shareholders.

Aviator testing product is normal as you state.but not informing shareholders is not.He does same with each project,starts with big plans,then cuts back in stages,moving onto next.He knows C.S.site is a very large deal,but will not give us full information.Everyone said I was wrong when years ago I stated C.S.site was valued at$3milllion.It took him over 2 years latter to confirm gross value.

I don't think it is shocking at all mate. It's v normal in this business. Tosla are still doing their own testing and further exploration. It's all perfectly normal tbh

When Toisa pay over agreed amount share price Should react.Tolsa will then buy out royalty,they have never operated a site under royalty payments this is why extra year taken by them.

Forgive my lack of knowledge but will this purchase have an impact on share price if it goes ahead? Because the last payments of $50k and $100k didn’t do anything apart from see it drop!!!

Tolsa will purchase this delay gives them time for preparing site prior to paying over full value agreed.which is an extra $250 thousand.

Yes but Tolsa will have said why they aremt fully purchasing. Whether it be that they can’t determine if it’s of commercial quality yet at they need more time. This would be helpful to know. It’s shocking communication. He is probably a really nice man I’m not doubting that but I’ve invested in a business not a personality

Hazen sample taken by distributors.P.C. Will tell shareholders when he thinks fit.Likes holding some info back,names of interested parties in both perlite and pozzolan can be given, no rule holding this back.

Couple of things we need answers and not a politician one:

1- what stage are these “discussions” at? We have been told this for years.

2- what were the reasons Tolsa gave for the extension agreement?

3- what’s the reason for Hazen samples not been processed after 15 month? The true reason

PC has effectively mothballed cs project already , by his own admission they've done nothing in the last year ( hence statement in annual report relatively low expenditure to keep it going ) . Reese ridge is his new target and history from PC will tell you already how he flits from project to project without delivering anything other than his expenses . As for the annual report was it a cut and paste from last years on cs, Hazel. Certainly nothing on perlite

P.C.for some time now has been in a one-way road,which is now running out.No work done on C.S. Site over past year,only awarding himself 25 million warrants in case a deal came along.All stockholders need is a proper report,not a repeat of past statements. If no report in next two working days he could be voted out at A.G.M. Tide turning fast now.pistolpete your point of mothballing company could be good for shareholders.

Frankly, if I was tolsa I'd be eyeing a bid for the whole lot... in relative terms they'd get a steal
