TMS (Burton) are a waste of money I've said that before. Absolutely unneeded.

Day after day of relatively big sells. Everyone has lost patience. Last year was supposedly our big year according to total market solutions….

And don't think it'll hold things back because it won't. That was proven on TYM a few years ago when the raising of funds was disallowed (resolution not passed!) due to shareholder disapproval! He needs a solid message and a polite nudge about what we will and won't accept in my humble opinion.

Ps easiest two ways to vite are via www.signalshares.com by following the instructions OR via the Linkvote+ app which can be downloaded either from Google play store or apple app store.I trust you find this useful. I am in no favour of any more raised funds until the board prove themselves which they have not! IE voting against the specific resolution below, however I am in agreement for Patrick to carry on at the helm which is a seperate resolution. Please all refer to the report on the website. I will post it tomorrow if anyone is unclear. I am not in agreement to OUR company wasting any more money on metals which are costly and unlikely to be moved on. Too many "for sale" projects on website.I have been a Sres shareholder for the best part of a decade and know it's workings but of recent am extremely disappointed in the runnings. Patrick says to folk about well it's not all about the CS. I fully disagree. It absolutely IS all about the CS and industrials because it is the ONLY likely means of income and what I'm here for and most others. A stern message needs sent what we will and will not accept and so he can sit for a year without funds and put some unpaid sales work in!That is all...TA

Am not sure you understand this correctly Dave. On the report you will find details of the resolutions under Ordinary Business and Special business. Under the later you will find details of resolution 4 which I will be voting against. The rest I am content with.

Aviator if re-election goes against him he will be out of office. We will then need a replacement, this time I think the tide is running against him.

1wager a processing plant will cost 10 million dollars. I priced this out hence why a JV was the best way of straight buy out.

I don't see a better helmsman Dave but he needs to realise he cannot keep on going the way he his hence I won't be voting for the resolutions.

Two ways which we can move things along.1)aviators proposal vote against P.C. Re-election.2) get agreement prior to his re-election that we put forward our own appointment as a director( non paid ).I will put this to him if someone comes forward.

1wager how did we manage grinding our first load of perlite. Grinding pozzolan is simple and not much fly ash produced in western U.S.A.better spending what we have than doing nothing like at present. We would rent grinder and other equipment like last time, tolsa cash would cover for about 3 months.

Dave we need in excess of $1 million to start a processing plant. $100k won’t cut it. I’m not agreeing with you on the processing side. A cement company won’t mind grinding it. It’s just the market dictates when it will happen and the world is back burning coal! We should have taken an offer when we had the chance.

Barnaby value of both sites is in finished pozzolan product, which cement industry at present buy from distributors. We must produce finished product, then both industry and distributors will take notice. It is the only way we will get full value. The recent dollars from Tolsa should be used for start of production.
