I haven't seen much buying recently so many don't see it as a bargain. Many are sitting on their hands, may be waiting for some (good) news. Lets hope we regret not buying at this low price later on.

If they raise at, say, 0.02, existing holders will get diluted into oblivion. Moreover, how long will that cash last?

I oft repeated it on here, but my view remains that the eventual target here is nil.

More dilution? You sound surprised - have been suggesting the same on here for several months but some readers could not see the wood for the trees. New all time lows again today - undoubtedly Aviator will be reminding readers it will quadruple next week.

Back on planet earth, some salient points from the announcement this morning:

"..the progress in finding an industry partner is disappointingly slow"

"The net result was to lower the par value of its ordinary shares to a level that is now well below market value allowing the Company to raise funds via the issue of new equity in future."

"I urge shareholders to support these resolutions as, until such time as the Company is self-funding, the Company needs to be able to issue shares to raise funds to continue as a going concern."

So, shareholders have a choice - enable a placing or it hits a brick wall. With the shares at the level they are, and little interest in speculative tiddlers, a meaningful raise in such circumstances is difficult. But, what other options do they have. Rhetorical question of course...

2024 is the year of positioning the chess pieces - this should be the year of the deal for CS - concrete industry moves at a glacial pace but I think we are now well positioned - next update will be interesting - in terms of sepiolite that will come good - so, in the meantime minimal cash burn required
