The usual rubbish and misleading falsehoods from TheFlyingAstrologist. Other posters can draw their own conclusions. Anyone interested in an objective descriptive stats statement on SRES could look at the following link on investing.com. Scroll down and see it they recommend Sell, Neutral or Buy.

Sres = 2.7mil valuation approx currently! That will soon be our yearly income! Go get an abacus and do the maths. How do you value a company.... various....In Sres' case will be a combination of P/Nav and P/CF.This will be a 50mil MC company you'll see but don't come on this board trying to talk utter rubbish to put folk off. Your deramping efforts are pathetic. Based on lack of patience and foresight! There are only a few here that cant see it and you're one of them (probably two with multi monkiers)Kod was the same when I was buying it at .08! My original buy there was .30! Held them averaged down and the rest is history. I don't hold any now.BOR was another that was on floor even though likelyhood of production was slim. Different scenario as v low float but shares in issue matter don't matter a hoot as it's all about the valuation!

OMG...My point is it's about the valuation! Can't educate pork though. If there are 1000 shares at a price of £1 a share the company is worth £1000If there are 10000 shares at a price of 10p a share the company is worth £1000Go get an education you could do with one!The company is currently worth a pittance and on the floor price wise so to speak so when a deal drops will multibag!!!

Just shows how ignorant some are. The market capitalisation is directly related to the number of shares in issue. The pitifully small market cap is the product of the share issue multiplied by the current share price. The value of any asset that might possibly acrcue to Sunrise has to be viewed in terms of the number of shares over which it will be spread.
SRES has 4.095 BILLION shares in issue. If Santa Claus paid a return January visit and put £10 million into SRES's bank a/c, it would equate to raising the NAV by no more than .25p. And for a company that makes a fuss about receiving 100,000 for an option, talk of income of millions is just ridiculous and fanciful. The stuff of day-dreaming gamblers (and the odd crystal ball gazer - and by "odd" I don't mean "occasional".)

The amount of shares is absolutely irrelevant it's the market cap you look at!!

More likely someone panicking I think 1wager. I agree with Dave there's no risk to Tosla falling flat. Deal was done.

Wonder why a lot of sells today!? Either they have caught wind of something or sick of not hearing anything more than discussions ongoing! We should have $100,000 going into the business imminently. Unless they have heard TOLSA are no longer interested!
