A breakthrough in the cash flow problems would be immediately notifiable,would it not? So the longer no news is reported the more intractable the issues would appear to be, leaving a long drawn out legal battle the likelihood

8 x 200k during the course of the day. Does that mean something? Never known stratex to leak news in my long and painful experience.

I contacted Stratex with a polite enquiry about whether they anticipate issuing quarter 1 production figures, but they haven't responded. Deduce what you will from that. Maybe they've broke up for Easter or gone back into hiding

Hm, that's not great though to see a large dump below the bid.

Would also think the share price will stay up, otherwise the mms can't pass these 1.4m on, without taking their cut ;-)

imv and it has said before that by playing this dangerous game of trying to frustrate the contract Bahar will expose themselves to the wider STI shareholder base and we know there are powerful companies listed there.

They will also realise that they will not be involved in any future opportunities with STI/TS if they keep this behaviour up.

And if the Altintepe JV does to to arbitration/court the Turkish government will want a fair result as it could sway any future mining investment if the local partners can't be trusted.
