And then anything left over divided up in the ratio of 20:80? Yes thats how it seems to be worded in the agreement but now we are getting vibes that free cash flow cannot occur until all future costs have been banked, i.e all future development and closure costs. But that is not how I understood it to be initially.

Romeike - do you mean a simple case of income less outgoings, tax etc??

I think the nub of the issue and what everyone needs to know is what is the definition of free cash flow?

Exbiz - as far as I am aware the only payments that have been made from the jv account so far are the ongoing mining costs, i.e. c.$450 per tonne. I don't think Bahar has received a cent of their mine construction costs at 80% of free cash flow.

Interesting that although somebody dropped 920,000 shares today it was at fair market price and they didn't get shafted at auction. MM's happy to take the stock it would suggest. I wonder why ,-?

I do question how much is in the bank account, I mean if Bahar are retrieving their $39 million then one could ask is it in fact being emptied on a monthly basis. I'm desperately waiting for the annual results so that more questions like this can hopefully be clarified. If that is the current scenario, and I say only if, then Bahar must have all but retrieved their costs by now or certainly in the very, very near future.

Charlie - we THINK that is the case. It is obvious that Bahar think something different and they call the shots

Juju - legally, our share is 20% of free cash flow up until Bahar has retrieved their $39m mine construction costs and 45% thereafter. We know approximately how much is in the jv bank account so it shouldn't be that difficult to estimate roughly what Stratex is owed.

We dont know what our share is . It might be 5p and we may not get it until all the mining is over and the mine closed. Utter farce

Charles I fully agree. Cash from Altintepe will be a game changer and lead to a big re-rating. The issue is how long this takes.

Juju - dont forget for every sell there's a buy. The only thing holding this back is the uncertainty of cash distribution at Altintepe. The money is in the bank account and at some stage we will have our rightful share. Once the cash starts rolling in I would not be surprised to see an immediate rerating to 5p+ so I will be buying at every opportunity.

Corguv. I certainly don't love Trump but Hilary would have just been more of the same, so you can see why he got elected. Bottom line, is that he is the king of debt and this will be VERY bullish for gold in the medium to long term. A rising tide will lift all good stocks....even Stratex!

If Trump or any associates are proven to have benefitted, even indirectly, from his market-moving tweets he could very well be impeached. He's been asked not to disseminate policy by tweet for good reasons but seems intent on ignoring that advice.

Expecting gold to move up after fed decision, regardless of the results.

Nothing occurring here I guess until after finals due this week but looking at a lot of the other junior goodies there doesn't seem to be much happening anywhere.
