09/3/2017 17:03 | And then anything left over divided up in the ratio of 20:80? Yes thats how it seems to be worded in the agreement but now we are getting vibes that free cash flow cannot occur until all future costs have been banked, i.e all future development and closure costs. But that is not how I understood it to be initially. | charles clore
09/3/2017 16:59 | Romeike - do you mean a simple case of income less outgoings, tax etc?? | charles clore
09/3/2017 16:55 | JV co profit, surely? | romeike
09/3/2017 15:34 | I think the nub of the issue and what everyone needs to know is what is the definition of free cash flow? | charles clore
09/3/2017 15:32 | Exbiz - as far as I am aware the only payments that have been made from the jv account so far are the ongoing mining costs, i.e. c.$450 per tonne. I don't think Bahar has received a cent of their mine construction costs at 80% of free cash flow. | charles clore
09/3/2017 15:13 | Interesting that although somebody dropped 920,000 shares today it was at fair market price and they didn't get shafted at auction. MM's happy to take the stock it would suggest. I wonder why ,-? | exbiz
09/3/2017 15:10 | I do question how much is in the bank account, I mean if Bahar are retrieving their $39 million then one could ask is it in fact being emptied on a monthly basis. I'm desperately waiting for the annual results so that more questions like this can hopefully be clarified. If that is the current scenario, and I say only if, then Bahar must have all but retrieved their costs by now or certainly in the very, very near future. | exbiz
09/3/2017 14:23 | Charlie - we THINK that is the case. It is obvious that Bahar think something different and they call the shots | juju44
09/3/2017 14:19 | Juju - legally, our share is 20% of free cash flow up until Bahar has retrieved their $39m mine construction costs and 45% thereafter. We know approximately how much is in the jv bank account so it shouldn't be that difficult to estimate roughly what Stratex is owed. | charles clore
09/3/2017 14:12 | We dont know what our share is . It might be 5p and we may not get it until all the mining is over and the mine closed. Utter farce | juju44
09/3/2017 13:46 | Charles I fully agree. Cash from Altintepe will be a game changer and lead to a big re-rating. The issue is how long this takes. | jimbowen30
09/3/2017 13:34 | Juju - dont forget for every sell there's a buy. The only thing holding this back is the uncertainty of cash distribution at Altintepe. The money is in the bank account and at some stage we will have our rightful share. Once the cash starts rolling in I would not be surprised to see an immediate rerating to 5p+ so I will be buying at every opportunity. | charles clore
09/3/2017 13:19 | Some peeps dont think so someone dumped nearly a million. Looking ever more like a dying dog the longer this mis managed mess continues | juju44
09/3/2017 13:15 | A wonderful buying opportunity here! | charles clore
09/3/2017 12:13 | Mm's dropping it for fun now. No wonder really, with all the doubts surrounding this share | steve1905
08/3/2017 20:01 | Corguv. I certainly don't love Trump but Hilary would have just been more of the same, so you can see why he got elected. Bottom line, is that he is the king of debt and this will be VERY bullish for gold in the medium to long term. A rising tide will lift all good stocks....even Stratex! | jimbowen30
08/3/2017 16:06 | If Trump or any associates are proven to have benefitted, even indirectly, from his market-moving tweets he could very well be impeached. He's been asked not to disseminate policy by tweet for good reasons but seems intent on ignoring that advice. Expecting gold to move up after fed decision, regardless of the results. | romeike
08/3/2017 15:43 | I believe we are due a little bounce from here | charles clore
08/3/2017 09:49 | Despite Trumps increasingly bizarre and potentially impeachable tweeting. | romeike
07/3/2017 22:11 | Gold suffering from Feditis. | luminoso
07/3/2017 13:01 | Nothing occurring here I guess until after finals due this week but looking at a lot of the other junior goodies there doesn't seem to be much happening anywhere. | exbiz
06/3/2017 11:03 | Still there for me. Nothing posted since Friday though. | steve1905
06/3/2017 10:32 | The other threads seem to have disappeared. Just me, or something more sinister? | shoggoth |
