10/10/2017 18:02 | That's a huge PUMP with somebody buying 78 million for perhaps around £40k throughout the day... how many times have we seen this now ? | pottermagic2310
10/10/2017 17:15 | They've made no bones about a placing incoming to be fair. But there's some right jiggery pokery being played out on the share price. I'll bet there's some sick folk bottled that drop to be followed by a mega bounce | bean02
10/10/2017 15:02 | Mini boom... | babbler
10/10/2017 08:51 | Jpuff, Exatly! Another precipitous fall this morning, but a small bounce now. The next placing must surely be on the way soon? The GM is on the 17th October, where the share sub division will get the nod, and they will be allowed to raise money on the 18th, so I expect a placing very soon after that. The other possibility is a death spiral financing, we shall see. | andy
06/10/2017 14:51 | Miffed is putting it politely Andy | jpuff
06/10/2017 13:29 | Jpuff, Yes I've wondered how many punters Beaufort have on their books after a few duff placings that I've noted. Any of their clients that paticipated in the last couple here would be mighty miffed I would imagine. | andy
06/10/2017 13:01 | It was recommended to me by Beaufort securities ages ago. Needless to say any of their tips or recommendations go straight in the bin these days and I've had to block their nuisance calls. Acts as a good filter to avoid stocks they are associated with these days. | jpuff
06/10/2017 12:54 | A right off and they won't be getting a penny more out of this mug punter! | jpuff
06/10/2017 12:47 | Jpuff, LOL! Or you could average down in the next discounted placing, I feel one is imminent...... | andy
06/10/2017 11:10 | Only 10,000% or so to go and I'll be break even! | jpuff
06/10/2017 10:39 | kingston78, I agree, management are incentivised to keep the business going to maintain their jobs and associated expenses. | andy
06/10/2017 10:01 | The monetary value of shares bought and sold is tiny. Don't be tempted by the rise; it is a death trap. You need to look at the sustainability of the business. I have seen many similar situations elsewhere, and unfortunately those companies went bust because they lacked credibility and attracted no more financial backers. Funds raised are mainly to pay for salaries and overheads without any meaningful development or progress in the business. This is worse than a dead end because the management team are deceiving themselves and misleading others. A public company has its obligations. It has to be honest. | kingston78
06/10/2017 09:25 | Up 28%, but spread 25% lolz | wordog
06/10/2017 09:00 | If they try another placing here I wonder what the bucket shop brokers will tell their clients this time? The last two placings were done very close together, one at 0.2p and the next one at 0.1p, which must have really upset the 0.2p placees. To try another one now at far below even the 0.1p price, is clearly going to upset everyone, I doubt the "opportunity to average down sir" excuse work with many. You do have to wonder who on earth is going to pump good money into this cash consuming stock? | andy
05/10/2017 23:20 | kingston, If they place at 0.02p, that is an 80% loss for placees in the last financing, and 90% loss for placees in the financing a couple of weeks before that! And you have to question whether they can even achieve 0.02p? I wonder where the next set of mug punters will be found? | andy
05/10/2017 22:15 | incredible 0.01 next stop | the stigologist
05/10/2017 22:13 | We have lost 99.99% of our investment anyway, so it is academic at what price the company will issue the shares raising some money. If they are lucky they maybe able to raise £250,000 before expenses. The funds will not last for long. A former CEO of the company was talking of a share price at £1 a share in a couple of years time when the share price was about 8 p then. He was grossly optimistic. Subsequent CEOs have not done any better. It has been a downward spiral. The technologies are meant to be applicable to many fields worldwide. If it is not accepted within the UK how could it convince the overseas market? | kingston78
05/10/2017 20:16 | spiker, The bid is now 0.03p! And the cap is still £0.7 million, so it could still fall from here! Looks like some really bad news coming here, and you have to wonder at what price they can place at now? If they place around this price the dilution will be truly awful for long term holders, | andy
04/10/2017 22:32 | kingston, The costs of being a listed company are around £300,000 per annum I believe. That money could be better spent if they were private. | andy
04/10/2017 22:08 | The company has a business. It could have been run more cost efficiently and more energetically and diligently. There is really no solution to its current crisis, which will drag on and on, with ever increasing losses and funded by more diluting share issues. Clinically, the company should be wound up and its existing businesses sold to an interested party with deep pockets to develop them further. This means that the founder will have lost everything; that is the difficult part which he cannot contemplate, and he is still the chairman of the company. However, he should be realistic with the situation and admit defeat. Only someone with big political and / or business connection can push this company forward in a quantum leap. All else will fail. | kingston78

04/10/2017 13:47 | I'm fearing a worthless placement now, what a waste here. | rental |
