That won't stop them, they can hold an EGM to convert to nil par value, or consolidate the shares, as you mention. Look what AVO did recently as one example.

No I think there's another placing in this one before the inevitable (IMO) end, they seem to be able to attract the mug punters into this at ever decreasing prices.


Nobody seems to care about how many shares there are already in issue, what's another billion or two between friends?

Doesn't need cash either which is a result.

Should be about 3 or 4 million market cap which would double today's share price but to be honest I was expecting a lot more.

The current market cap of AERO is only £1.6 million. As further fund raising is expected there will be more dilution to the existing shareholders' value.

The directors might as well abandon its existing business, and raise some fresh capital to open a few coffee shops to generate some real money and profits. But then again I would not trust them to run coffee shops either.
