potter,

I remember when RNS' like that would spike the price 50% at open!

And then people learned the first lesson of investing, read and inwardly digest an RNS first, before hitting the "buy" button!

And ignore the Twitter rampers......

Under the terms of the Agreement, Strat Aero and AAT will develop a detailed joint business model and plan. This will be designed to meet an initial predicted demand of 50 Crew sets per year (total 100 students per annum), which is expected to increase as the customer base broadens. The business plan will include a per student fee which once agreed with the initial client, will be split equitably between Strat Aero and AAT.

LOLs... 1 year elapsed training 50+ people with revenue split 50:50, so another £50k in the bank as a one-off... cos once AAT have the skills, experience, tools & techniques they won't need to pay AERO a thing.

There's a reason the duration of the JV is deliberately overlooked.
There's a reason the Cost Model & potential Revenue stream is deliberately overlooked.

Not so much a "rapidly emerging sector", more a "small and relatively sporadic short-flight venture"

Everyone's gone quiet here... An announcement would at least allow the doomsayers a celebratory return!

In the ordinary course of business a listed company would only issue an RNS which is either compulsory to comply with law or regulation, or the subject matter is significant. If a contract that might generate potentially £30,000 revenue is deemed to be significant it must be the lowest of the low for a dying company. Enough said.

I wonder how those guys that rushed in and paid a premium first thing yesterday feel now?

Did any of them actually read the RNS and inwardly digest, or did they simply see "deal signed", and ignore the actual numbers and the use of the word "potentially", and hit the buy button?

It's incredible really.

Club Sandwich,

Well done for seeing the light, a lot of people followed the paid promoters and are still in, poor souls!

But they'll never blame the piper...........

Revenue that would I doubt bring in profit to pay for 1 member of staff makes RNS,

What is going on here,

It's embarrassing

What an obvious ramp ahead of a placing. No doubt there will be plenty of mug punters that fall for the "give some financial details of our customer's contract with their customer" trick.

Oh dear indeed, 30% down on light volume, and no apparent reason for the drop.

Discounted placing coming per chance?

Volume is low but it does appear that all trades today have been buys and as there has not been any sudden rush to sell since the GM then it might be fair to suggest that anything the BOD did have to say was upbeat.........We will see.

EDIT

Well the 5m was a sell so someone not so confident.

Interesting to read that much speculation is based on "AUVSI Economic Report 2013".
So a report produced in 2013, based on prior knowledge up to 2012 made claims about growth from 2015 for 10 years.... and we're now already 5 years beyond the data used from and up to 2012 that generated that forecast.

It would be interesting to know how much of that first 3 years growth (2015+16+17) has actually been realised in the overall Sector ?... or not !!!!

My guess is they want to buy Geocurve. The GM may give a clue....
