I read a lot of your post yesterday and you seem to spend a lot of time fighting the village idiots. Anyway, it is obvious the company needs a further fund raising and again obvious why the CEO decided to change the resolutions for the General Meeting.

Question one: In your opinion, do you think he will try to get a big fund raising and be funded for the rest of the year or he will keep doing it in increments until the company is profitable which could be at the end of the end as per what he said?

Question two: The company wants to focus on surveys and education. Geocurve seems to now be profitable. Could AERO's atrategy to become profitable and reduce cash burn be to divest from some of the loss making parts of the business?

This has always been a great Share for very short-term Day Traders... nobody has ever claimed it isn't and it's blatantly obvious why.

All some of us have ever claimed is that it's a Business on a continuous downward spiral and not worth any serious investment for the medium/long term.

p.s. you've missed the point GB - the Market values SA at £690,000 - this infers that the Market has interpreted the 48 hours of fairly significant buying/selling last week, which PUMPed the SP, as a spurious event, so the MC hasn't been adjusted at all !!! THINK ABOUT IT !!

Very exciting day yesterday, who would have thought buying 0.17 would be so profitable, certainly not our resident bears, as they were broadcasting a sell recommendation at 0.10 / 0.12 only a few days ago. If anyone had listened to that advice they would not have taken advantage of the +50% rise. But that is hindsight now, as our market makers have afforded a buy price again in the region of 0.17/0.18, to which Mr Gold will of course be taking full advantage of this morning.

It would be rude not to IMHO, last week we had a weeks high set at 0.20, this week so far with four trading days remaining we have a intra day high of 0.22. I can barely contain myself on what the end of the week high will be.

I am not sure where you are getting the MCAP figures from, it is simply share price x shares in issue, which in AERO case is 0.18 x 764m = £1.3m




The formula for MCAP has nothing to do with cash/cash burn etc etc. You may well be seeing MCAP of £700k on some sites that have not updated the recent increased share in issue.

I would have thought the person completing the TR1 for AERO and PXOG would have completed them with the same contact name if they were the same. Not certain of course but on the face of it different Company/investor

It's very odd that a Business with almost no Business (currently) would feel confident of pushing out £5m worth of additional Shares, which is a few Billion without a 100 or 1000:1 consolidation of the existing Shares ??
Is there a massive amount of new Business right on the imminent horizon, as well as a takeover by an II (RAI) ?

Also, for the benefit of any new PIs, there are 764,285,280 Shares currently in issue, which at .18p/share should be valued at £1,375,713 but the Market Cap is still only £700,000, presumably because the quarterly cash burn has been significantly exceeding Income and the Business has repeatedly returned to Investors for handouts of £375-700k.

If there really is fantastic News imminent that warrants the suggestion £5m could be raised in the near future, then might that suggest Business secured of an equally high-value nature ?
What could that mean to the Market Cap... and Shares in issue... and existing PIs ?

When do you submit the invoice - is it at the end of the month? And is it a flat fee or a % of the price increase?
