On the rns it says a Mr Rai of the Raigroup so my assumption is that it is the group which looks like it is based in Kenya. They have various interests. The other one in the USA looks initially very likely but there is no Mr Rai. Hope that helps and that I am right of course :)

I was just thinking back to this time last year when the trolls were posting nonsense all over CPX when we were down around 2.5p.......now we are up nearer 12p :-)

Goldbullion, your stake building might just prove to be a pretty darned savvy move!

RAI have built their 10% stake since 24th Jan and that looks as though that's the bottom on the charts. So, are they chancers who will dump on a little rise or have they done their due diligence and see a good future?

Still don't know what's going to happen with the BOD seeking permission to raise £5m - that can only dilute the rest of us rather massively - including RAI. But they knew the BOD were going to be seeking authority (admittedly for a lesser amount) when they were hoovering up the stock at the bottom.

I'd be interested in your research Gold-b and your idea of why they've jumped in.

WOW !!!!
Looks like a takeover and then possibly taken private by RAI Group.

£5m of financing by issuing either Billions of shares or a huge 100:1 style consolidation (or more), followed by issuing tonnes of Shares to RAI (and others).
Suspect that could lead to a significant Management change at SA.

£5m of financing for a Business with about £250k of Income/annum and £375k cash-burn per Quarter !!!!!
