WOW !!!!
Looks like a takeover and then possibly taken private by RAI Group.

£5m of financing by issuing either Billions of shares or a huge 100:1 style consolidation (or more), followed by issuing tonnes of Shares to RAI (and others).
Suspect that could lead to a significant Management change at SA.

£5m of financing for a Business with about £250k of Income/annum and £375k cash-burn per Quarter !!!!!

yorgi, I think you might be right. They have certainly galvanised the cavalry again and brought out the big guns from their recent slumber. And a fine job they are doing too - would you not agree :)

Does the invoice have to be submitted at the end of the month?

I assume from the first RNS regarding raising the headroom further than was first planned the BOD are now expecting the share price to achieve the .225p being the exercise price for the warrants.

yorgi, Was that the sorry looking desk in the foyer manned by the forlorn looking CEO surrounded by a crowd of precisely none?

What we need now is an update of how well Geocurve and the rest of the company is doing along with further contracts for Geocurve as well.

I most certainly do old chap. Hope you are having a good day, try not to let those inner hatred feelings out to normal shareholders, save that for the BOD.

The interest has most definitely built up in AERO over the last week and from all I can see it was triggered by Geocurve being at the Aviva Broker UK event possibly. I noticed there was something posted about Aviva now using drones as well although nothing to suggest that involves us.

Interesting and encouraging anyway :-)

gold, do you know anyone offering a short position in these? I only ask as you seem to be pretty knowledgeable about these things :)

You have already posted the total liabilities figure? Sorry but I cannot seem to find it.

EDIT

Still not addressing the issue whilst ramping

I had already posted that.

yorgi, what would you say the collective liabilities - both short and long term - be worth? Would it, for example, dwarf the worth of Geocurve? Whilst always looking forward of course!

Turbotrader if it is the same RAI, which I would have thought is a strong possibility then it all depends on whether they are looking for a quick buck or for a bigger gain over the longer term. We will see.

I still think Geocurve must be worth a large percentage of the present market cap which throws in the rest for very little and a listing alone is worth something !

Yorgi, Does the company have any liabilities? And if so, would you use the word "gargantuan" in describing said liabilities? In a forward looking way obviously!

I would imagine a few short positions here will now be on shaky ground. If you got a big buyer, and you do not know if they are still buying, then the prudent thing to do is close out and protect capital. But not for me to advice the knowledgeable haha.

Market cap still only £1.64m and Geocurve must be worth a large percentage of that if not all of it !

Yes Andy, Aero is Blooming and Obvious,
I agree your posting is very tiresome as you attempt to squirm away from revealing your aims.
Is it as you posted, To win? Are you in some sort of competition, Is this the reason you post your hostile suggestions and guesses?
What's the prize Andy? A missed opportunity award maybe, but shareholders who check and realise the potential based on the progress already made and, as we are in the early stages of growth in this multi billion sector and others that can and are using Aero's package of services worldwide, may be as I am delighted with your efforts and taking advantage of them.
Andy, something you might find interesting, We have recently been informed of a move into profit!, If we look at business as opposed to old accounts and outdated and already dealt with issues,
Cash burn as you know i call investment, Why? The gains Aero have made obviously needed funding, take the training services already underway and cost to set up! After the initial outlay the facilities and equipment are then used over and over and become a steady and continuing form of income, Yes?
After a period the income pays for the initial outlay but the facilities and equipment remain in use, Therefore the cash burn/Investment is not required at anywhere near the same levels, could this explain the recent RNS and why funding has been very important despite the pressures?

Yorgi, Did you look forwards from 12p or backwards? Curious state of affairs. The entire history of this thread has been you looking forward as the price declined 99.99%.
