Yes, more to come. Some absolutely enormous discounted placings of late. We have seen the likes of TED as well as RBG to add to STOB today. Despite all the euphoria out there, it does show how investors still need to exercise caution and review their holdings which are showing larger amounts of debt.

A placing at 40p is just embarrassing, I hate to think how much Canaccord was paid just to make a few calls offering cheap shares to favoured clients.

Seems high risk now sux, results very disappointing and forward market potential is not favourable in aviation.
Hopefully will tick up quickly for the LTH’s here.

It will go back up gaffer mate. My fist big tanche i purchased was around this price in April, doubled up in the 40's in May, i've had a bumpy ride until today, but sailed into blue skies eventually. lol

Sold at the right time today before a bloody placing.

Stobart Group, the aviation and energy group, today announces its intention to raise gross proceeds of between £80 million and £100 million by way of a Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer (together, the "Capital Raise") of new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares") at a price between 35 and 40 pence per New Share.
