If the RNS says less than 5percent it means he has between 4 and 4.99 percent. I reckon he is now below 3percent and therefore no longer disclosable. If this is the case, it should help the share price this week

I checked a couple of months ago and Woodford was shown as a shareholder.

Great collaborative effort:

the website indeed appears to be 11 months out of date...however:

The above article shows that Woodford purchased in size May 2016.

He would have been on the website from then onward... with >10% 11 months ago. If this info is 11 months out of date then it would still have woodford with nearly 20%. It doesn't, which means they either failed to put him on there in the first place or they have been updating it.

It appears that what they have failed to do is update their statement of how old the info is...which is a bit sloppy.

ALL of this is actually really important because of the fear around WOODFORD.

Morning all, its a bit of a strange one with Woodford. The RNS states below 5% so he should still have between 3-5% holding but the website doesn't have him listed as a major shareholder. Not sure if there is a legal requirement for a company to list every major shareholder?We'll find out tomorrow I'd imagine.

Gabriel, Maybe you're right mate, I'm only going off what the RNS said at the time that Woodford sold most of his holding when the RNS stated that Woodford's holding was "Less than 5%" If you're right I would ask why didn't the RNS state that he held less than 4%? No I haven't looked recently at the STOB website.

Nige, The holding has to be less than 3.19%.

Have you looked at the company website?

Given 3% is the public cut off for needing to RNS, we won’t know if that is Woodford selling from Friday but sub 3% renders the “Woodford̶1; effect nil and void for Stob.

When Woodford sold most of his share holding, the RNS stated that Woodford's holding had dropped to below 5%. So I think that he still owns a decent amount of STOB, probably just under 5%.

Agreed, I couldn't find Woodford being a shareholder either... must be out totally, if he was in. So the recent selling could be Tinlker.

Oops, starts in October..The new routes, which will start in October and November, are part of a five-year partnership signed between Stobart and Wizz Air.Stobart said the routes are expected to bring in 250,000 passengers in the first year of the deal, putting it on track to meet its target of five million passengers by February 2023

Wizz continually increasing numbers. Hopefully a good increase with Stob partnership. 03 September 2019, 07:30Source - SMWWizz Air Holdings boosted its passenger numbers by 16% during the month of August, on-year, after it added new routes to and from Ukraine, Georgia, the UK and Austria. Passenger volumes in August rose to 4,036,914, up from 3,476,091 in the same month a year earlier. The company's load factor rose 0.7 percentage points to 96.3%.

As I've been saying for a few days, there has been a seller in the background. Could be Tinkler, but my money is on Woodford as he got out at 115 for the first tranche and now low 120's for his next batch. I reckon he has halved his stake again. I expect an existing major shareholder has picked them up. Hopefully we can get back to 140 level soon.

Large sell trades at a big discount @119p sale price of 8 million shares between the times of 15:36 and 15:44, just like what happened when Woodford sold out earlier. It's either Woodford or Tinkler, both hold 5%.
