even longer way to go back to the GBP4.26p trade peak, and that was without either of the 2 dry-lines and the subsequent Euors350m of investments.....

The offer price of 40p takes the share price back to its 52 week high. However, it has a long way to go to reflect the company's true value.

Looks like someone was willing to pay 40p for 114k at the close. That has got to bode well for next week surely :)

Not sure it's a massive issue. No funds in AAZ and it's not suffered to date.

true - but the only liquidity here (aa we approach the £100mln mark for new ones to enter), appears to be when one holder is offloading....there isn't sufficient general market liquidity

jailbird,

maybe - but the liquidity (or lack of) here will be a constraint. Not many Funds like to get in to a stock they then have problems getting out of

There were then 115m shares in issue, as you may know, the 4 founders/major holders self-underwrote nd all fully subscribed to all of four rights issues to get the debt down from US$95m at the peak to where it is today, and put their monies where there mouth is, all subscribing in the dark-days of the 2007 onwards GFC.

wilo,

£4.20 then equates to how much today subsequent to share issuances etc?
