05/11/2008 08:39 | Next company to buy, can not be far off, that could add a bit more to the EPS. Also look at the growth rate for the next 6 months, where can you find that in this market? STP like to beat forecasts so 5%-10%, may well be added to the .36p we have now. The PE is still under 3 today, and should be 10 in my view. STP are doing all the right things day in and day out. | tara7
05/11/2008 08:27 | Agreed all about the next 6 months and there is a great confidence of the way this business will go hitting targets and meet expectations, very important in these times! | martin44
05/11/2008 08:07 | Wow what a company ticking all the boxes THAT'S SPIRITEL FOR YOU He added: 'Our increasing level of contracted revenues and the continued growth in our order pipeline, despite a tough economic climate, underpin our expectation to meet full year market forecasts and continue the delivery of value to shareholders.' | sagem
05/11/2008 08:05 | Well tremendous first 6 months showing that the recipe for growth, acquisition and cross selling is reaping the rewards from the youthful company that represents Spiritel....more of the same will follow! | martin44
04/11/2008 09:08 | SAGEM, have faith, we know we are onto a winner, news or no news. | tara7
04/11/2008 08:17 | Reckon this week.... | martin44
04/11/2008 08:17 | Shouldn't be long to more good news! | martin44
04/11/2008 08:16 | I JUST HOPE WE GET A TRADING STATEMENT THIS WEEK OTHERWISE WE WILL SEE NO INCREASE IN THE SHARE PRICE | sagem
31/10/2008 10:36 | The PE is, as profiting has stated based on 2008 BROKER [not mine] target EPS of .36p with a share price a tad lower than todays .975p Debt is not a worry for us, infact I for one love gearing, it means our company can, and is growing very fast. Profits, will be shown in the accounts for the first half due out in JAN 09, however we may see a trading statement next week. | tara7
31/10/2008 00:32 | JTK try reading the thread title in full the 2.5 PE is based on projected 2008 earnings !!!!! I presume you are short or don't hold but you are entitled to your view whatever it is as are others who maybe more positive. Hopefully on a more positive note we might shortly get a pre close statement but needs to be pretty quick. AIMHO | profiting
30/10/2008 20:12 | I'm not sure what all the fuss was about with the RNS, it's a 3 year deal worth £1m over the lifespan so @£330k per year. A good deal no doubt but questionable about it's value as an RNS worthy release, one I'd include in a general operations update. I still have big reservations about debt until they can prove all the aquisitions which have caused the debt can be incorporated and cost savings made. STP can be a great company, but it's yet to be fully proven and any AIM stock that doesn't make clear profits and has debt is still being hammered by the markets and as such is still high risk. Sadly the good days of making money from AIM stocks are behind us for now. PS the title of this thraed just demonstrates the ridiculous ramping nature of some posters here: Underlying EBITDA £938k (the basis for the statement on p/e) However after the EBITDA comes Depreciation £(180k) Share based payments £(190k) Exceptional costs £(620k) (exceptional - what exactly does that mean?) Amortisation of other intangible assets £(794k) Operating loss £(846) Finance income £5k - a profit hooray! Finance costs £(3,206) - All these aquisitions do have a cost Total loss £4m, so how is that on a p/e of 2.5??? | james t kirk
30/10/2008 15:39 | Been out but somewhat amazed even in these crazy times but SAGEM you are prob right that money needed elsewhere, well I am in for the long haul and at sometime others will realise the potential and where this is going but I am suprised.....we will see what the next bit of good news does for the share price! | martin44
30/10/2008 11:36 | And now down we go even after the contract news....is their any hope left for anything | sagem
30/10/2008 10:06 | Why on earth are some selling just when we have some excellent news/contract perhaps they are desperate to get hold of some money which I can fully understand | sagem
30/10/2008 07:33 | This is excellent news and more of what Spirtitel are good at! I think with the continued roll out of this type of deal Spiritel will again just go from strength to strength, I am sure further good news to follow again very soon.... | martin44
29/10/2008 08:55 | Could those today be buys although shown as sells as no sensible person would be selling these shares with all the potential | sagem
27/10/2008 18:27 | Down again is anything any good on the stock market any more.....I dont think so | sagem
23/10/2008 22:47 | Basically if you were after 1 million shares here you would manipulate the price by instructing your broker to short the stock with 25k lots as the mm's will drop the price on any sale, as the online offer is around mid price or better for 500k you could buy back the say 150k and buy another 350k at 0.2p less when the mm drop the price. Current price around 1.05p to buy, sell a few 25k lots and the offer should drop to around 0.95p or lower, buy them back along with another 500k and you will save approx £750-1k. | 8trader
23/10/2008 22:44 | Interestingly only circa £2500 of sells has taken the price down 12.5%. If results are good and get volume buying the rise could be very steep and fast only time will tell but I am comfortable with my holding given recent events and very positive recenr rns'. Additionally if results were disappointing then should have alluded to fact in recent announcements. | profiting
23/10/2008 21:05 | Market Makers at work again....they will be their own downfall | sagem
23/10/2008 16:48 | Just as I thought... the share price has gone down and that's not with the market taking it's usual hammering! | rcktmn
23/10/2008 16:27 | Even 43k cant get 1p despite at the time 3 mm bidding it ! You will get your sub 1p if you wait, the mm's wont bid anything for over 25k unless you take a discount. | 8trader
23/10/2008 07:34 | Should only go down if sellers appear.....buyers it will go up | sagem |
