Says to me that the results should be strong as why would you get investors and directors buying shares with no discount to market value. Non- Executive Chairman has invested circa £50k and although not huge amount you would hope he is trying to make a return.Considering a further top-up but might wait for a tick-up first. AIMHO.

What on earth does it take to move this share price up.....I dont think we could have got any better news today than the Directors buying....and still no increase in the share price. Come on market makers give us a break

Has to be made at least 6 weeks prior, so could be any time in NOV, results due in Jan.

I think that any pre close ststement has to be made ahead of the year end as per the regulations therefore if there is going to be one it will be within two weeks.

Hopefully T traders will begin to appear but good news today.

Under 2 weeks of the first half to go, and one week after that, we may get some pre close update. we have just been told the next company BUY is on the way.

They like me know what a great company this is, they also know that by buying at 1P the risk to them is just about zero. How many directors are putting that amount into the firms they run, [in todays market.?] This is not the odd 5K buy.

Mine was the circa 150k buy as feel thid must fly soon given current price which is on a par with over 12 months ago and everything is so much more improved.

Hopefully should get some director's buying ahead of pre close statement which must be soon. AIMHO.

Go to the company web page and see the award list, it reads like a hundred million pound company, but its worth just £5 million.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is all good news from STP, the company is going great guns, they told us so in the last set of accounts. Note how good the service is, this is not the first award they have won in the last year or two.

Many small company shares have risen to day but Spiritel with all its potential is doing nothing as usual.....so whats gone so wrong

This is surely heading down to 0.7 before we bounce. Expect a big bounce though, it's a good share that's been ignored in the wider rally...

Yes I always notice that the buys come up in many many instances as sells! Maybe the corner is turning as the business continues to go from strength to strength
