Good News Spiritel in the Company at a glance in the Daily Mail Financial pages this morning, it did refer to the ailing debt being converted to shares with Penta Capital but they often report incorrectly, however any news should promote the company.

8trader agree in ideal world but difficult share to trade as moves too quickly on news as shown today much better to buy cheap...ish and hold for long term increase.

IMHO difficult to see why directors and creditor would in effect buy now if company was not moving in the right direction.I don't see these going back below 1p.

Bad timing on that sale yesterday for the seller.

JTK.

I agree with the debt here but posters like Tara ignore it, still a
good company, i'd hold back if i was looking to buy, the online limits
suggest you will pick them up below 1p if anybody tries to dump anything
of size.

Overall it's a buy on weakness, it's been a kind stock to me in the past
but buy when there's stock around much cheaper and sell when the mm's are
chasing up the price and short.

Looking good, think i might add some more, if directors are buying they must have confidence in the company, especially if they think these share price is cheap

Tempted to add as now Penta along with directors believe that current price substantially undervalues the business.aimho.

This must be the best stock on the market and deserves a much hugher share price.

Some here have a poor understanding of the debt, first Penta gain only if profits and the share price rise, so as the company grows the placing price for the shares goes up, and the new shares will do very well for the new shareholders. The debt from Penta will not be called in, and is interest free. The bank loans are for yet more growth, here, the bank wants to lend the company money, unlike many , where the bank wants it back.!!

The problem here seems to be the huge levels of debt. For a company worth 6.5m they have £8m debt with Penta and £2.7m debt with Clydesdale Bank. Although Penta aren't charging interest, they did take £3.1m in fees in the last results.

It's good to see Penta converting more of the debt to shares at 1.5p, but even so the debt levels will need to reduce this year out of profits.

This points to a seller wanting out, good luck to them, but, it only proves that now is the time to mop this lot up.

Offering 500k at 0.95p which is not surprising when somebody dumped
well below the market price today.
