I feel with ggp in my honest opinion just going to continue
to rise this year probably to the 50p quite easily, it makes sve
a bid player at a serious discount, due to this a bid for sve
is likely as accessing exposure to ggp. Now if a bid comes in for
ggp then sve could ge to 100p.

I hold both and is part of my Aus3 2021 mno, ggp and sve.

Worry not Matt. I view it as one one of those market anomalies that are rare to find. Just keep buying more whenever you're able and be patient. One day the discount has to close.

Does anyone have a theory why the market holds us at such a large discount. ~95% of our value is in a company that has a mcap of over £1billion. That is clearly a real asset that is also reasonably tradable. Surely 80% of nav would be more in line? If we were holding nothing but untraceable tiddlers it makes sense but ggp could easily enter the ftse 250.

When u consider sve could sell their holding in ggp return half the money in cash to shareholders which is roughly the current share price and then use the other half to buy back the same number of ggp shares you start to see how ridiculous it is!

Regarding ROSE. Let’s analyse this. Why don’t you add your Donald Trump posts on other forums such as this. It is because you know you will be removed by a moderator. Furthermore the ONLY reason I can see for you to continuously put those posts on the GFM forum is to irritate. Why don’t you clarify on both points without skirting around.

Tel, they say they will give fifty percent of the GGP share value back by way of a special dividend less costs I doubt it will be that simple given when they sold the last lot of GGP shares there wasn't anything returned. I keep a foot in both camps but the main value is in GGP.Zoo

So what is the corporate position about an end game here? How will sve realise the full value of their assets so shareholders get full value?There is always a reason why it's not been marked up, it's just getting to the bottom of that reason.
