The chart of SVE vs GGP above is showing GGP over 40p.
This is incorrect as GGP has not YET reached 40p.

At present the majority of the portfolio value is in the following 5 companies:

82m GGP shares
17.5m AAU shares
21.87m ORCP shares
1.23m CORA shares
26.5m ALBA shares

At todays prices, ie GGP 36.5p to sell, AAU 5.0p to sell, ORCP 5.0p to sell, CORA 8.25p to sell and ALBA 0.42p to sell, these shares add £31.2m to the portfolio value of approx £31.4m (GGP is £29.9m).

There are 57.57m SVE so Mkt Cap at 28p mid is £16.1m, so the overall discount is still not far off 50%.

Bottom line is it is still very much worth buying here, and it is most definitely a way to get cheap GGP shares.

The discount is closer to 40/50% last I
heard. The main holding is 1.4 shares of
GGP for every share of SVE. You can do the
math from that.

1.4 x 36p (GGP sell price) = 50pence
SVE sell price as I write about 27pence.
27/50= 54% so about 46% discount not
counting other assets.

Anyway quick question is there anywhere I can find the number of shares in each company that SVE hold. I have looked at the NAV but its a bit out of date at the end of Sept and it appears I am too late here as the gap between it and the share price has almost closed according to that, 31.17p. Off course I am sure the constituents share price has risen too but no info to go on.
