I myself would prefer sve just kept the stake and once ggp
start paying a dividend in years to come we get the full
dividend with capital growth, that is what I do anyway.

ggp is so liquid sve could sell the full holding very quickly with little or no effect on the price
as callum baxter is also an insider in ggp the timing of disposal should be well timed

I would be interested to know how investors see Starvest paying out on its promise? Does it mean waiting for a GGP take-over to realise cash? If that is the case, that surely isn't going to happen any time soon.
Any thoughts please?

With GGP at 26.75p, NAV/share now up through 40p at 40.5p/share.

Well I am glad there is a difference I just continue
to buy my three super AUS stocks ggp, sve and mno.
One day the value will be ours, as I do feel ggp
will be bought out at some time, when who knows.

100% of GGP's value is in one company.

@zedder......we will only ever get around 40/45% value to NAV cos 85% of the holding is one company, risk level is too high, of the it was spread evenly we would likely see 85% holding value. As has been written below, value will really put on a buyout scenario.

As can be seen from value of top 5 holdings,SVE is basically a one trick pony.
If GGP goes up so does SVE, but there is often a delay which creates a buying opportunity.
SVE now my biggest holding by value.

Value of the top 5 holdings:

GGP @ 24.25p = £19.88m (this alone is 34.5p/share)
AAU @ 5.0p = £875k
ORCP @ 0.55p = £120k
ALBA @ 0.4p = £106k
CORA @ 7.0p = £86k

my Guesstimate of total portfolio value is £21.3m or 37.0p/share
