30/12/2010 08:24 | SRES going great guns again today. Could become another holding worth £1m+ soon, assuming we haven't been selling into this strength of course. | ![]() zedder
30/12/2010 01:09 | i would much rather stick a lump sum on SVE than play the individual companies, punters seem to be slow catching on here with the volume not that big. | divinausa1
30/12/2010 00:44 | The nice thing about SVE is usually one share or more somtimes are really motoring, whilst a few others having done the same are consolodating waiting for the next leg up.......RRR & RGM, together, then we have had spotlights on Sheba, Kefi, Franconia, Beowulf, at he moment Sunrise, perhaps before a return to an old star, or a new one.....always interesting.....Orac | ![]() outsider
30/12/2010 00:35 | Hope you're right 30p would be great by Dec 31st 2010!! ;-) Just noticed Sunrise up 44% (Im in Asia just woke up!) Looks like we're on the next leg up at last, I think we might settle about 20p ish before further moves. | ![]() outsider
30/12/2010 00:28 | There is no doubt that comodities will remain the hot sector in 2011 i fully expect SVE to go over 30p this year... | divinausa1
30/12/2010 00:00 | Good spot. I used eacn's list which was most helpful, but did have Sheba down as 400,000 as if the warrants were converted, so maybe he has done something similar with GIP I don't know. Fortunately most of the substantial(in cash terms) holdings are verified or have links in the header. I will adjust to 1.5m shares....we do hold at 30 Sept as the annual report gives a write up on our holdings of which GIP gets a fair few words. | ![]() outsider
29/12/2010 17:32 | Have been trying to confirm the current GIP holding. In 2008 Annual report on p76 it confirms SVE with 4,500,000 (1.47% at the time): In the June 2009 report it doesn't mention SVE in the top 20 holdings list which goes down to about 2.3m shares: In the June 2010 report it doesn't mention SVE in the top 20 holdings list which goes down to about 2.8m shares: I can only assume we have less than 2.3m GIP left if any. | ![]() zedder
29/12/2010 16:03 | GGP looking nippy as well RGM ready for next leg up? | ![]() maxbubble
29/12/2010 14:44 | Happy Birthday | ![]() maxbubble
29/12/2010 14:18 | 18 tomorrow | schweinswal
29/12/2010 14:05 | i think we should close at around 15.25 today once the bid starts closing on the offer | ![]() brando69
29/12/2010 14:04 | that's your lot 35K taken at 14.9. all buyers will now have to pay over 15 | ![]() brando69
29/12/2010 13:53 | should be able to buy at a touch under 15 still | ![]() brando69
29/12/2010 12:27 | Someone got stiffed on PLUS paying 15.5p for 12781 shares! | ![]() zedder
29/12/2010 11:59 | EVEN oracle is sellable, we have it in our NAV at circa 5.6p and with it going to AIM I think the AIM price is more likely to be 8/9p but none of these little snippets are taken in to account. | ![]() outsider
29/12/2010 11:59 | RNS Number : 6549Y REGENCY MINES PLC Issue of Equity Dated: 29 December 2010 Regency Mines plc ("Regency Mines" or the "Company") announces that it has placed 4,193,850 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of 5.996875 pence per Share (the "Placing"). The proceeds of the Placing are approximately GBP250,000 before expenses, conditional on the Shares being admitted to trading on AIM. Following the Placing, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 543,420,858 ordinary shares of 0.1p. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 5 January 2011. So RGM at it as well, and same argument applies. | ![]() zedder
29/12/2010 11:55 | RNS Number : 6544Y RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC Issue of Equity Dated: 29 December 2010 Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company") announces that it has placed 4,227,967 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Shares") in the Company to a single institutional investor at a price of 14.1912164 pence per Share (the "Placing"). The proceeds of the Placing are approximately GBP600,000 before expenses, conditional on the Shares being admitted to trading on AIM. Following the Placing, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 682,439,017 ordinary shares of 0.1p. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 5 January 2011. As maxbubble says, the above is evidence that we could shift our RRR shares pretty readily for 14p+. This is the second batch RRR have issued recently so they are having no problem getting further investment, so there must be great confidence that such investments will pay off handsomely. | ![]() zedder
29/12/2010 11:53 | Lol I update this morning and already Sunrise is 5p bid from, 4.15p at 8.30 | ![]() outsider
29/12/2010 11:51 | Be surprised if we dont hit 20p+ in the next 5 or 6 trading days, looks like the sellers are gone now. | ![]() outsider
29/12/2010 11:31 | I think IMIC will see a bit of significant action soon too imv. | ![]() maxbubble
29/12/2010 11:27 | Discount should narrow substantially as quite a few big ones making up the majority of the market cap are now much more liquid. Its looks as if Bruce can deliver quite a few multi multi baggers so that as well should narrow the discount imv. | ![]() maxbubble
29/12/2010 11:06 | NAV 29.3p on my spreadsheet! Still cheap at this price then. | ![]() zedder
29/12/2010 11:01 | SRES is absolutely flying!! | ![]() zedder
29/12/2010 08:59 | LOL you can buy 1000 online at 13.5p! Looking at the graph and I remember stock was tight when I first bought you could only get 1000 online, it then went up over 2-3 weeks from circa 7.5p to 14p. | ![]() outsider |
