10/12/2010 12:04 | Any feelings on what the announced NAV per share will be ?? | mattboxy
10/12/2010 11:04 | Should be revalued end of today. then get report on Monday after hours (5.03pm last year) On 10 November 2010, the Company mailed to Shareholders copies of the 2010 annual report and notice of annual general meeting to be held at 3.00 pm on Monday 13 December 2010 at St Ethelburga's, Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AG. | outsider
10/12/2010 08:46 | kefi rrr and rgm on the up again | brando69
10/12/2010 00:39 | agree with grogger Zedder well said. nice that this board is pretty civil compared with many on advfn. | outsider
09/12/2010 22:26 | Zedder well said, and it was nice to not get a snotty reply, good luck on your new top up, I hope you do really well on it. I would agree with you that in the past there have been frustrations but there have been some great calls as well. I hope they don't sell rrr or rgm at the mo as I think it has some way to go before we see a real value on both, that's good for your investment and mine! | grogger2u
09/12/2010 16:34 | "The next valuation update will be as at 10 December 2010, or earlier if values change significantly." Not sure if the update will be given tomorrow, or on Monday with the value as at close of play tomorrow? Would be nice to see they locked some value in for RRR and RGM at those nice high prices. | zedder
09/12/2010 16:30 | The 20k is me topping up again. Perhaps idiots was a bit strong, but I was in SVE during the MYH days as well! | zedder
09/12/2010 15:45 | kefi, bem, rrr and rgm all up today substantially. sve not yet budged | brando69
09/12/2010 12:20 | RR & regency doing well now | 25wbh
09/12/2010 09:41 | Yes grogger think we have to have a balanced view......I remember MyHome racing away & a dodgy plumbing acquisition, still they also had a huge winner a few years ago that got tookover.. I forget the name now some African company? Anyway my trade his am 50k buy. | outsider
09/12/2010 09:38 | I agree with you outsider, if anyone has invested in idiots then I suggest they sell up and move on to another share where they think the company are not idiots. None of us know for sure how much more or less BEM will become but to lock in some profit is a good thing, I was upset that they didn't sell MyHome before it went bust, at least they have made some money in this one. | grogger2u
08/12/2010 23:50 | "It also seems to confirm that SVE are idiots and sold them before the recent spike in the BEM share price!" Zedder I am afraid I have to comment on your comment. SVE won't ever get the best price on any investment.....howev You can call SVE idiots many times over a year, because there will be companies that go bust & sales that don't always acheive the best price, but on the whole SVE are pretty shrewd, were they idiots for investing in Beowulf at sub 5p? Of course not. So I think we should be fair in our assessment, SVE will get more right than it get's wrong in monetary terms. | outsider
08/12/2010 10:13 | yep outsider, and i think the marketmakers are now adjusting the price of sve to reflect movements in rrr and rgm accordingly - nice way for them to play the punters | brando69
08/12/2010 10:07 | had another 25k Oracl moving up nicely 7p bid now, Beowulf up I think to many focused on RRR & RGM, which I'm expecting o bounce back a little. | outsider
08/12/2010 09:04 | Thanks outsider | 25wbh
08/12/2010 08:53 | Thanks for that | grogger2u
08/12/2010 08:51 | grogger....the 6.5m was notifiable, but as 4m is under 3% SVE no longer have to notify any changes to their holding from here on in. 25bwh.......yes PLUS links wont work as a new website is in transition stage, however all AIM links should be ok. | outsider
08/12/2010 08:46 | Outsider the links dont seem to work now | 25wbh
08/12/2010 08:45 | Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the AIM and Aktietorget traded mineral exploration company which owns several exploration projects in Sweden, received notification yesterday from Starvest Plc ("Starvest") that, following the disposal of 2,250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 12 October 2010, Starvest no longer holds a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, the Company has received notification today from Dr. Robert Young that, following the disposal of 1,539,485 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, Dr. Young no longer holds a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company. So is the 6.5 mil not notifiable? | grogger2u
08/12/2010 08:09 | Nice start on PLUS ....our two biggest both up Oracle up to 6.75p bid Sheba upto 2.5p bid | outsider
08/12/2010 08:08 | underperformer thanks will take a look and see if I can use. zedder, subseqently to the exercise of the convertable note, they sold leaving 4m. | outsider
08/12/2010 07:59 | Financials At the interim stage announced in June 2007, Beowulf had a cash position of £236,067 and subsequently raised further capital. In July 07 it entered into a £250,000 convertible loan note agreement with Starvest plc, an AIM quoted investment fund . The notes are convertible into 6.25 million shares at 4p up to July 2012 and carry a 4% interest rate. If converted Starvest would hold 8.25m shares just over 10% of Beowulf's equity. So I think we have 6m BEM now. | zedder
08/12/2010 07:56 | Outsider just a thought but on the TIR thread set up by fordtin there is a link to a google finance spreadsheet which updates prices...might save you the manual update (just a thought and thanks for the work on the thread) | underperformer |
