Bought this morning and made everything back that I ever spent with them as a young collecter. Why are they suddenly taking off - have I missed some news?

Makes me wonder why people are prepared to pay 84p now rather than when most of us were shouting about how undervalued these looked back at 40p...got a sore throat myself but glad others are waking upto these.125p is achievable short term as the likes of SCSW pick up the story....

Bought a few more today. Already in profit. Target price of 125p, which I am sure we will see this year.

My target price for this year was 90p. After reading through the results and comments think we will see £1 in the not too distant future.

Thanks to all who undertook research and posted their thoughts. Mo.

Do remeber they beat market expectations without the benefit of sales growths in Autographs, publications and accessories...these will kick in with vengence this year as the benefits of the rationalisation which they undertook last year begin to feed through. You will hear more about that at the AGM...

Still to be tipped by the more infuential small cap tipsheets imo like SCSW and the like - must happen imo.

With the AGM due April 23 then can you really see a weak spot between now and then? Can you really see these not making a quid in reasonable time?

Cracking buy and hold still imo.

you can bet they dont have much stock (and no that isnt a ramp). Looks to me as they held the offer down on results, I expect the high on results to go fairly quick! Onwards!

Thanks barnetpeter...
Autograph sales fell because the manager in charge left for personal reasons half way through last year.A new manager is now in place and stocks are building up again. The publications and accessories section also underwent a revamp last year, the benefits of which will flow through this year.As far as I know share price havent factored any growth from these deparments in their very conservative estimates.I personally think SGI will beat expectations hands down and on my estimates they are trading on a multiple of 7-8 2005 earnings.

Well I've been adding right up to this level and now have a wadgeful. The pent up value in this one says £1 easy in the medium term as I've said a few times. The AGM should be an all out orgie of self congratulation and promise of more - bound to move buyers into action in advance and on the RNS they are bound to put out.

Sit back and enjoy - 5.7p eps for the year ahead looks very conservative, 6p+ easy imo. Strip the cash and return we'll get from the sale of the Provide Commerce (circa 13p) and you buy 6p+eps next year and 70% growth for 65p - peanuts. PE 10 max I reckon. Internet auction sites in the US trade on massively higher ratings. If a US company bought SGI and just floated it in the US it would fetch 4 times the current price.

And only 1% of the market tapped :-)
